Dealing with Hermes when the lose or delay a parcel is shocking ..the online chat is painstaking when its busy can be an hour in the queue to be dealt with by someone who has no descision making power ...
I email Hermes Europe email ,, hi whats been happening with my parcel is not moved for 5 days item was sold on ebay customer wants the item has opened a case
no reply from Hermes ... you send out a replacement to the customer to stop the negative on ebay and then Hermes deliver the original parcel 2 weeks late ..
Ebay are soon to move to 3 days resolution handling times from 8 for open cases no way i can continue to use Hermes for my ebay too slow at resolution for me
