I recently ordered a shed of their Rivals who could not deliver it as I live in a terrace house. I came to Power Sheds who had it boxed off in a week delivered Shed is Top Notch Delivery driver was polite This service is absolutely flawless

Really disappointing waited 4 weeks for…

Really disappointing waited 4 weeks for it to be built then they give you day for delivery I said that i wont be in . They offered contactless delivery i said fine . On the day i had 6 missed calls off the driver I cant answer my phone at work that is not contactless delivery > I called the driver back later he said on its way back now I asked him why its not been left in the yard as per contact delivery he gave me 3 different excuses.

I have called them 3 times over the last 3 weeks to arrange delivery waiting for logistics will call you back no reply

Had to cancel 2 grands worth of alloy bikes in yard with a sheet over them I am fuming TBH what a waste of my time for a bike shed.

Absolute waste of time every contact on there that I have messaged has their profile deleted with 24 hours it's full of old accounts even the profiles that look genuine don't even bother to say hi back not had one adult conversation on there at all in 2 months it's a joke cancelled won't be going back

Ordered 5 doors one came damaged…

Ordered 5 doors one came damaged .Delivery driver said do you want it ? be reet with a bit of Filler on just a Grade B really .I said no thanks

When they left I looked at the doors and decided that I didnt like them so called there after sales team Elliot if I purchase 5 more could be do a deal and pay for their courier as you owe me door anyhow to " leave it with me sent me a blank email"

Ignored me all afternoon 3 emails sent then I get another courier email trying to arrange the redeilvery of the 5th door.

If Elliot could be bothered they would have had another 5 or 600 quid sale on top and I woud have paid a ton to swap the doors i didnt like.

If Elliot was sales minded and kept me happy he could of had a conversation realised I am in the middle of 50K spend and made his director happy with some more doors and spends

Now hes sold me dissapointment no apology for the cracked Grade B door I wont be back and I will be telling every man and his dog about the poor service

Gary, we feel you've not really given us chance to sort this. One door was rejected as damaged, when this is reported on delivery a replacement order gets naturally placed. Elliot sent you an email so you had a direct contact rather than an "aftersales" or "sales" inbox. You advised you wanted to swap to a Mexicano design which we could have done for you, but we need time to work out costs, transport and collection. We were in the process of doing this when you called to cancel because you had sourced a replacement elsewhere. The replacement door has been cancelled as per your request and we will cancel the enquiry for the white Suffolk. We will credit the card used to pay originally with the retail value of the door.

I've had about 3 loans off zopa and a…

I've had about 3 loans off zopa and a credit card all paid off and closed my only issue is if I wanted another loan they are at 22%APR yet my credit file on experian score is 999 and on check my file 962 sorry zopa but with excellent credit worthyness like mine is now I dont think your rates are great

That said the process is smooth as silk and they helped me when I was a student but for now zopa it's good bye but they are efficient

Was going great untili stepped up to 7.5 no needles with Parcel no tracking number for replacement ran out on Friday been really ill had to go and purchase from another supplier

They Sent out replacement Royal mail Special which is now sat in the main post office

All okay as a mail order until you want to close the account

I was 44.5 APR until.they sent me the notice of APR for an increase upto a whopping nearly 60 Apr

I owed a grand on a 4K limit on BNPL.

I paid it up.straight away it's taken me 6 phone calls to get it closed as the account was 10p in credit

I will never use credit with them again
No issues with orders deliver APR is very high

I have wrote to the regulator my experience of BNPL and the 25% increase rate

Then the were increasing your APR due to way you conduct your account

Think it was 29.99 to 34.9 never missed a payment my credit file in good order

I paid them up and closed it I don't like the way you conduct apr rises above inflation with no reason

See this is the problem with AI and algorithms I paid you up in a month ago and closed it

We regularly review your accounts and other lenders where we see an opportunity to squeeze some more profit and adjust our algorithm according

I got my subprime card when I was a student now I have a job and earning I no longer need

It's a subprime card get shut as soon as you can

Never again sorry

Never again will I book

package Holiday to Turkey our first family of 6 holiday ever abroad

Resort was luvvly

Antalya airport inside is awful At the gates there are no where near enough seats at the gates but we don't hold jet responsible

Our flight was delayed back to Manchester it was due to leave at 23.55 we were on ready to go for 1am then captain came in and said that he and his crew were now over their flying hours and will be dropping us off at Stansted and plan B and Plan C IE getting to Manchester is being worked on

We landed at Stansted we were all like cattle at Zone 500 lots of young kiddies screaming they had 4 hours to sort out out coaches etc none at Stansted waiting

Surely a company as big as jet 2 have a critical recovery plan in place for this now in a mini bus 4 hour trip to Manchester Airport kids are crying saying never go on aeroplane again

4.5 k holiday ruined by bad planning

Delays happen the flight was only 1.
20 late why was the crew so close to their legal hours ? They said disruptive passengers on the inbound flight caused delays

Shambles at Stansted poor no plan in.place or organisation

Sorry jet 2 back to TUI for me next time

Dont Bother with extended warranty or service plan .Purchased a car in Feb from Nelson no issues with the sale . car developed a caliper fault within 8 weeks . after some arguing with service they agreed to look at it stripped and fixed . Was Informed if reoccurs call us ..Called service 08/07/23 . Was informed no diagnostics available in NW of england for a month . So what it is the point in paying for extras when you cant access their network of garages for an urgent repair such as brakes sticking on and grinding .. I wont be going back for my next purchase service and after care is not good enought .. Informed the Finance Company today to get them involved

good quality furniture could do better on comms and the courier

I recently reviewed this one star i have now changed to four based on the quality of the dining table and bench

if you sorted out the comminication with couriers and when things are running late be much better as the quality of the furniture is spot on
