Great products … however beware customer services is totally useless .. the returns online system doesn’t work and customer services take anywhere between 5 to 10 days to respond . It seems that the brand takes the cheap option which then trashes the brand as whole . But then it’s rare that any UK company actually does anything properly anymore

Well what can I say … let’s start with drivers who lie … according to my delivery they tried to deliver but no one was home, cctv shows no one was tried to deliver you complain to DPD and the picture where they left the card is some sort of bike shed in a car park … not one anywhere I know of .. tried to speak to them and complain .. would have more luck speaking to the pope. The lack of service with all these companies is appalling
Useless company for private sellers - My add didn’t load up but they took my money I wanted to change the add amount as it set on default .. clearly not possible as they charged me for a lower level add based on my same amount , the issue here was I paid 3 pounds less , instead of asking me to pay the extra they changed the amount themselves , I then wanted to lower The amount further but would allow me to .. we 20 minute wait on a call I emailed once again totally useless as no issue resolved .. quite clearly autotrader like most UK companies has a lack of idea or customer service … wouldn’t advertise with them again

When you make the payment for the advert, we outline on a banner at the top of the page that "you will not be able to raise the price higher than X." This depends on your price bracket.
Unfortunately, we do not have an option to charge the difference in prices, so as a gesture of goodwill, the price was changed free of charge.
I understand this caused an issue with you lowering the price, which should not happen.
We would be happy to investigate this further and resolve the issue.

Been ordering coffee for around a year now no real issues , coffee deliveries fine till the last one which contained not the packs I ordered, smaller packs, contacted the company received a response to which I answered the questions and not heard anything back, to be honest my average order is around £60 so one would expect a decent response, the website seems to not work properly and defaults to all Sorts of deals which go onto a default seems this is what maybe happened to me . I hope they sort themselves out as the process is simple enough to use , my only complaint on coffee is the strength isn’t as advertised so not as strong ..
Well what can I say that hasn’t been said before .. online check in didn’t work at all , business class boarding non existent as obviously selling priority boarding makes more money, business class larnaca flight ..
I would post a picture but with all honesty 2.5 times the price of economy I have two seats next to each other and that’s business class or what jokingly is called business class, BA have become worse than Ryanair appaling , sadly I have to fly back with them !
No contact no product no response but they still have my money .. Shocking way to do business selling things they don’t have clearly this has to be fraud ? Or maybe they are going bust ? Whichever it is they are totally useless avoid like the plague

Appalling company should be prosecuted for fraud , placed an order in the sale which was apparently in stock then told it wouldn’t be delivered till May ! Been trying to get a refund ever since no response to emails seems like they are Simply a bunch of bots taking money, Dusk please note unless I have my refund within the next 24 hours then I will take country court small claims action to recover my money you have been warned , my advice is use someone else not Dusk

Well what can I say we have been with sky nearly 10 years,due to high winds storms we have no signal, we are still paying for this but they can’t get anyone out for nearly 3 weeks to repair it .. honestly we can send people to the moon we can get a phone signal in the middle of a rain Forest in Thailand but can we get sky signal or anything but 3g in the UK .. nope
Food was ok service good .. management appalling .. after spending over 63 pounds per person , they would serve anymore wine .. honestly for hospitality that makes money they shouldn’t be in business

A number of times still claim it’s blurry paid an over inflated delivery cost for next day delivery as my pet was running out in four days and still messing me around can’t call as it says wait time 37 minutes emails say response 48 hours I now have a very poorly pet because of this Company .. paid £80 for Medication they can’t supply

Poorly run outsourced customer service .. in short my card was used to book through Trainline .. it was me and it was a not a journey I would make. Trainline notified and have told me to go to my bank and report it , flatly refused to deal with the matter it’s not there issue they say appalling wouldn’t use them again

Have sworn by specsavers for years have had countless glasses and even 3k of hearing aids , needed new glasses so went to Buckingham specsavers where as most of these they have a limited range of frames , I simply wanted the lenses .. not anything special as mainly for reading . I was given the most appealing excuse ever told they don’t reglaze any glasses the to some excuse .:, gave this store a 5 last time this time it would be Minus one star .. due to the total lack of service ..

Not sure what’s gone wrong here but I ordered meds for my dog last week uploaded prescription they took my money and as a precaution also emailed the prescription with the order number and then notihing, got a friendly reminder email “ gentle reminder “ to send them my prescription which I did for the 3rd time and then as a precaution sent it to the email again .. and guess what only an confirmation email saying someone would look at the email within one to two working days .. so guess I won’t be using this service again and asking for my money back
Completed an order nearly a week ago uploaded prescription then they asked again so was uploaded again and still not showing after two days .. clearly a total sham and con they can’t deliver what you pay for despite charging the earth of the glasses .. should not be in business
Ridiculed and embarrassed by a member of cabin crew .. on my my flight yesterday evening from Gatwick I was subjected to verbal abuse by one of the cabin crew, the cabin crew seem to take the flights as an opportunity to flirt with the pilot and talk amongst themselves. after being in the air for 25 mins with no sign of turbulence etc the staff where behind the curtain and walking around the plane, I asked the woman who appeared to be in charge to use the toilet as I have a prostrate problem and I was dismissed without any regard for my welfare or the pain I was in and told to wait, the cabin crew then disappeared into the cockpit and after a further ten minutes I simply couldn’t hold on any longer for fear of wetting my pants and went to the toilet as I was about to go to the toilet one of the cabin crew opened the door wide and told me to go back to my seat , as I was midstream I closed the door and continued, upon leaving the toilet I was not only shouted out for using the toilet but verbally abused by the stewardess she impeded my way and continued to shout saying that they decide what’s an emergency and what isn’t .. clearly a power trip for this woman, I again explained calmly the issue to which she continued to shout and scream in front of the whole plane for a further few minutes.. I then returned to my seat, prior to landing she asked me for my passport and boarding pass which I refused to give her. Upon landing the police came onto the plane to take me off thereby suffering further humiliation at the behest of the cabin crew. The police asked me to explain what happened I told them and said that due to the issues with my medical condition I simply had no choice , they totally agreed and made no further enquiries. Vueling are of course part of the Iberia BA family who operate not only a shoddy service but seem to provide a service which is less of. Service than Ryanair .. and yes it possible . I have made a formal complaint and will have my lawyers deal with the matter . To bring this into perspective last year 2022 I travelled nearly 80k air miles on business alone, so I have a very good knowledge of airlines and how they work .. clearly Vueling is not fit for purpose

Totally appalling customer services and no idea what they are doing , purchased a pair of pyjamas .. wrong size and have been trying to exchange them for three weeks, have sent pictures as requested , payment confirmation from my bank now they want delivery instructions as per email below .. all delaying making a simple exchange more complicated that nuclear science .. would advise you try somewhere else whilst it says UK .. it’s actually in china and they refuse to exchange things

Totally appalling airline … You pay to board in group 2 and you are the last to board .. don’t dare try and get on the plane even if you have paid for bags, selecting a seat, staff rude and inefficient, avoid at all costs not cheap fares
After having issues with another item that took two weeks to arrive and I then needed to send back , I got an email officer for a fryer which I purchased next day delivery , order received, then nothing .. called the call center to be told it was packed and ready for dispatch , but it could take 4 to 5 days to get to me . Whilst the products maybe good the service and promises are appalling, next day delivery of ordered before 12 which I did has now turned into 6 to 7days delivery, and I will send the item back as have purchased one from John Lewis and in fact went with another make of fryer, the sooner companies realise they cannot lie simply to take money the better , the CEO should be sacked along with all senior management for operating such and appalling shower of ….
Appalling … Great princes but the systems don’t work, have tried to log onto my account numerous times gives a code which doesn’t work , trying to speak to someone is like trying to speak to the dead .. lots of holding music ,, asking you to repeat numbers which again this system doesn’t work either .. realistically don’t even try to speak to them .. I am buying new car needed a quote on the new car to change my insurance over .. after 15 mins still nothing .. only so much canned music one can listen to .. sadly once again another way of not providing customer service .. clearly not a user friendly company
