Great princes but the systems don’t work, have tried to log onto my account numerous times gives a code which doesn’t work , trying to speak to someone is like trying to speak to the dead ..
lots of holding music ,, asking you to repeat numbers which again this system doesn’t work either .. realistically don’t even try to speak to them .. I am buying new car needed a quote on the new car to change my insurance over .. after 15 mins still nothing .. only so much canned music one can listen to .. sadly once again another way of not providing customer service .. clearly not a user friendly company
