Whilst I am delighted with my purchase of walking boots what made the experience top rate was the helpful staff. I was served by Lynn at check out and she was very helpful informing me of the correct socks to wear. We had a good chat about dogs… cocker spaniels and how nutty they are and she really brightened my day when it wasn’t the best. No one knows what goes on behind peoples smiles but she made me smile and helped me today. Thank you for being kind. I will be shopping here again!

My product didnt arrive and according to my order number and tracking number my order didnt exist!. I called and was told customer service would get in touch with me. No call/email. I called again three days later and was told my order had been lost and a new one would be sent out. I asked when I would recieve it and was abruptly told within 5 days. Yet to receive order but if I do receive it by Friday (5 days) that will have been 3.5 weeks for a 2/3 day delivery. Mistakes happen but the customer service dept were rude and abrupt. I will NOT be buying from this company again

I ordered a flat cap and was given a delivery tracking code. This states the item has been delivered which it hasnt. I have tried to call and emailed customer services and no answer apart from an automated email reply. Looking at Companies House info this is a company in trouble. Have raised a refund request through my credit card provider. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Richard cleaned and repaired the gutterings on our Victorian rectory. No mean feat due to the height. He also identified some brickwork which required rendering and did a super job with very neat rendering.
Richard was very polite, super tidy and tolerated my hyper active spaniel!
I cant thank Richard enough as I was struggling to get roofing companies to even quote for the job.

I have a list of jobs for Richard the only problem is finding time in his diary as his workmanship is in such demand. Thanks Richard

My photo book was incorrectly printed and delay in sorting the problem meant the re print didnt arrive in time for a birthday present. Countless emails from different customer service personnel illustrates noone actually listened to my problem.
I now have the book but had to buy my Mother another present

The Chaise Longue Co has amazing products and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. I was absolutely delighted with the product when it arrived.
The only reason I havent given this company 5 stars is due to its product delivery. My allocated slot was moved twice which I have no problem with, but then on the designated arrival day I was told a morning slot and by 3pm the delivery men had not arrived. When I called the delivery man I was told he couldnt help as he was just doing the slots he was told to do. When I called the factory was closed (it was a Saturday). I had specifically asked when it was being delivered to ensure I was in. The delivery man asked 'cant I leave it with a neighbour or in the driveway? I have electronic gates and security so he would not have been able to get in without me being here and I did not want to leave it with a neighbour.
When they did arrive they moaned about the fact they then had to travel to Oxford (opposite direction) and then back to London and following on to Yorkshire. My grip is that no-one read the delivery addresses, thought out the most cost effective delivery order and then informed the customers. I waited in for 4 hrs and missed a family party as my husband and child went on without me. My parents were quite annoyed with me for being thoughtless enough to get a delivery on the date of their wedding anniversary! Please please look at the addresses and work out the logistics. It will save your delivery men refusing to delivery as they are too tired to drive!!
