They said delivery time is handled by the office and not their fault.
I dont really care. This company uses them despite a terrible 3.9 star rating. Why? So they can save money.
They dont care about their customers delivery experience, which is a big part of appliance purchasing.
Well done, appliance centre, you saved 20 quid on delivery by allowing your customers to be disrespected.
Every chance i get i will tell people to avoid your company. Completely disrespectful.
The delivery guys told me i was the third delivery of the day, so delivery started at 6am, not 8am.
But you dont tell your customers that do you? No you dont. Why? So you dont lose a sale? Like i said, you show zero respect to me as a customer with this.

Awful retailer, after paying them 3 weeks in advance for delivery last week they failed to find my house, I clearly wrote to their outsourced courier company who failed to read my email on cancelling the order as they wanted to deliver 7am in the morning. I told the courier company that they firstly did not read my canceled delivery and then they could not find my house which makes no sense as we have never had issues that you cant find our house in a normal build up area. my house is in a normal road which everyone else can find and i told the company they were being stupid. the supplier cancelled my order, as they were offended when i told them they were being stupid. They took the goods back as they could not find my house and are refusing to refund £1399. i told them i need my money back as i need to purchase from another retailer. They refused to do so until the wine cooler is delivered back to their warehouse. Their courier company has the goods for over 5 days and i still cant get a refund and I'm being held to ransom with no refund. In the mean time i cant place an order as this company refuses to refund me. rather than deal with their outsourced third party logistics provider they have told me in writing that they will hold on to my money until their own courier firm gives them the goods back. in the mean time I'm out of pocket and i have no goods. appalling way to treat a customer who has given this company repeat business costing thousands. never again. be aware they will blame the customer rather than take action against their third party outsourced company who fail to follow instruction. Also they hold on to your money knowing their courier has their goods, it just shows how powerful the retailer is who blackmails customers in to not refunding them when the goods are clearly with the retailers courier company for 5 days. The also told me if i raise a complaint with my bank it will delay the refund. i have escalated this to my bank advising that this company is refusing to issue me with a full refund even though the goods are with their courier firm for 5 days.
I have added an update to this on going saga , this company clearly did not like my feedback and complained to trustpilot on the basis my feedback was "flagged for containing defamatory content". After trustpilot reviewed my content they found no such evidence and the feedback review is back on line for all to see. this company has made it personal against me by firstly trying to remove genuine feedback and now they have held on to my money. They are clearly trying to cause the customer as much inconvenience as possible as there is no need to hold on to my money. They clearly have the goods but are now not refunding me and deliberately holding on to my money. Buyers please be aware you may struggle getting your money back due to no fault of the customer. This company makes it personal against people who raise negative feedback.
Website was great but needed extra detail and was able to contact via email and get a response from a real person that made the online order very easy

I called your sales support to ask if the quooker tap came with everything that needed to be installed to use it and I was assured that it did come with everything. When I received the item, the water tank was missing! To buy this additionally meant, the tap ended costing me a lot more than what other companies were charging.
More to the point, I do not appreciate being lied to! This was very unprofessional of your staff. Needless to say, I will never be buying anything from you and I will be sharing my experience with my friend and family!

What we wanted was in stock despite it being an expensive item, so they must have lots of stock. Delivery was as promised, I couldn't vouch for their installation becuase I needed an electrician, but they took away the old electrics for a nominal charge. While it was an expensive appliance - we got the lowest price on the web!

We bought our item online and received confirmation of our purchase straight away. We were given a convenient delivery date and nearer the time a specific time slot. The delivery driver phoned 30 mins before delivery to confirm his arrival time. He was polite and friendly.. The item was well packaged/boxed and arrived in very good condition…We are very pleased with the purchase and the Cooks service was reliable and efficient… Well done Cooks… really good customer service.

This is the store in Finchey. I have email many times to Sam in your branch for my refund but no joy. I purchase my washing machine from finchley branch. They never delivered the goods and refuse to give my money back.
