I find it so refreshing not to have to buy inferior imported goods made by companies with appalling or none existent customer service.

I love my chaise Longue. It was so easy to get one that I loved at the right size and the right height. The material samples came quickly and I was helped at every stage. The company did what they said and more and in the friendliest way. A total joy to order from. Great buying experience and a fabulous product.

Superb old school personal service which is a huge plus in my book. And our Chaise is a fantastic quality product. I’m especially impressed that Adam & his colleagues deliver their creations personally & it’s a long way from Hull to West Sussex - I wouldn’t want to do that return journey in one day. My dealings with Adam over the phone when deciding on what to order have been great & always professional but, at the same time, he has a great sense of humour and we’ve had some good laughs along the way. Adam - it was a pleasure to meet you and your colleague on the day of delivery. We are really delighted with our Chaise Longue and if ever we need another I wouldn’t hesitate to order from you again. From start to finish this is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff, great turn around time and a finished product that surpassed all expectations. We chose our own fabric, which they sourced for us, that was a complex pictorial print. It made the layout for the upholsters quite a challenge. We were consulted every step of the process and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!

Sample service was amazing and turnaround time from order to delivery was much faster than we expected - also nice to have the chaise delivered directly by members of the company. Love our new chaise - so well made and super comfy -would not hesitate to recommend them.

I spent hours enjoying the Chaise Longue website. Did I want left or right hand, mini or standard, grief how I hate velvet; so many 'wow' moments. Ordered some samples and arrived return of post. Delighted, absolutely delighted.

From the start of the process to the finish, the company was very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble! My queries were all answered promptly and the end result was a fabulous chaise longue which was just what I wanted. The patterned fabric was utilised to ensure that the pattern was displayed to best advantage; higher cabriole legs were recommended which are perfect; and the packaging was amazing so it arrived in excellent condition. The chaise was made to order and delivered in a few weeks and before time. Customer service was friendly and responsive. The chaise is very well made, sturdy and looks great. The Chaise Longue Co., what can I say. Professional, friendly, so helpful when I wanted to slightly amend my order and use a certain fabric company. Nothing was too much trouble. The team were incredible and when my chaise longue was delivered by members of this wonderful company in Hull, it was and still is simply superb. Well made, comfortable and I am completely happy with how it fits into our home.

Popped in to get some advice about recovering a stressless stool in a different colour leather.
