I would actually put negative stars.
I ordered a flat cap and was given a delivery tracking code. This states the item has been delivered which it hasnt. I have tried to call and emailed customer services and no answer apart from an automated email reply. Looking at Companies House info this is a company in trouble. Have raised a refund request through my credit card provider. AVOID AVOID AVOID

After looking into your case I can see that you ordered a handmade to order flat cap with a given estimated delivery date for you to expect.
I can also see that the order isn't/hasn't been marked as fulfilled at any point in time, through our e-commerce or shipping service partners.
Also, after investigating with our customer support team I can see that you did actually have an email conversation with our team and simply decided that you didn't want to wait for the cap to be handmade, since your chosen style wasn't in stock. Your order was promptly cancelled and a refund was issued.
