They requested ID, which I sent in reply to their email, this was sent 3 times and they never received it. I phoned them up to ask about my order and the next day they cancelled it telling me i was abusive over the phone!! Slander and utterly nonsense. Disgusting company to deal with. I asked them to apologise and asked fur a complaints process but I was ignored. Typical of certain ties we have in this country now. Not British owned.
UPDATE: Received an email from Medcare to say they have refunded my order, they also claim i was very abusive to the member of staff i spoke to over the phone to ask if they'd received my ID, which they hadn't, so this is untrue and unfounded. I have asked them to apologise to me, which they haven't, but I'm also concerned what's happened to my photo ID sent in reply to their email! I will be pressing charged for defamation. Disgusting and lying company. Tried to order medication from them online. They sent an email asking for ID, which i sent over. Heard nothing else from them, I phoned them and they never received my ID! Frustrating and still haven't got my meds in time for a holiday thanks to their incompetence. I sent my ID twice in reply to their email and nothing not very secure sending ID over email either!
I do not have an account with Harringtons per se, therefore no order number, i purchased this bagfrom a supermarket. This is this first time I've opened a bag of dry cat food from Harringtons and much of it was all clumped together, like the bag had been tampered with or damaged in transit. Had to complain to Harringtons about this and wait to hear further.

Paid to park in a council car park for 1 hour. No reminder appeared to extend my stay if needed. Then suddenly it booted me out of app, asked to verify several times, then change password, still didn't work. Reinstalled app, turned phone off and on. Still not working!!! Just keep getting message 'sorry we are unable to park you as no return rule in place', I didn't get a ticket luckily, but even though I'm home, it still keeps giving this stupid message!! NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE CAUSING NECESSARY STRESS!!!
Great customer service, any problem with the order and they contact you without delay. Fish arrived very well packaged, plenty of room for them, not just put into tiny plastic bags with a bit of water in, heat packs were also contained in the secure box to to keep the fish warm on their journey and to help minimise stress, the box contained clear instructions on what to do once fishies reached their destination to help them settle in. Top quality fish too! Thank you!
Very misleading. Entered all my details, hoping for this 'free' lens and then it takes you to a payment screen asking to pay a £99 fee for a FREE LENS. No thank you, A scam and extremely misleading!!!

Bought refurbished mobile sold by 4gadgets, through Back Market. Supposed to have been in EXCELLENT condition. It was a mess. Badly chipped screen, dirt/grit all around the edge of the screen, and a visible chunk out of the side of the phone's rim. Returned promptly for refund.

Shocking experience. They kept referring to 'pet damage' as 'wear and tear'. When this is not at all correct.! Tenants pet cat totally ruined a good condition stairs carpet, yet they awarded the deposit back to the tenant! I appealed and they still refused. Daylight robbery. They go in favour of tenant everytime. No wonder landlords don't allow pets!! This company needs reporting for unfair practices. Nevermind though, my tenants overpaid the council tax so this was awarded back to me as they didn't leave a forwarding address, every cloud and all that. :)

Think twice before purchasing anything, they use the very unreliable EVRI courier - wish I had known before placing my order. Still no delivery of my item after being promised EVRI would deliver it today 21 October. I stayed in ALL day and also have cctv, yet Evri this me it has miraculously been delivered after sending me 3 emails to tell me it would be delayed until the next working day! Incidentally, EVRI sent a lovely photo of the parcels address label as 'proof of delivery', nope, no parcel left outside, try telling the truth for once HERPES (Hermes). LIARS.

Evri sent an email telling me a delivery time of 2-3pm. Then half an hour later another email reading a delivery time if 3.30-4.30pm. Then another half an hour later an email reading 'delivery delayed' and they would get back to me with another delivery slot the next working day, Then 1.5 hours later, another email to let me know my parcel was delivered with a lovely useless photo of the parcels address label as 'proof of delivery'. Bearing in mind I have cctv and was at home the whole day and NO EVRI DRIVER APPEARED. EVRI WILL ALWAYS BE 'HERPES' (I mean Hermes) TO ME. Useless liars.

Always in favour of the tenant! A good carpet absolutely wrecked and ruined by the tenants pet cat! Photos provided with signed inventory etc and the DPS put this down to 'fair wear and tear'. Seriously livid!! This is why landlords don't allow animals!!!

Bought a refurbed phone from 4gadgets VIA Back Market. Lovely phone, no marks on it, like new. However, the NFC just wouldn't work, tried everything. Returned phone and emailed 4gadgets for advice why the NFC wouldn't work and concern about purchasing another incase it had the same problem. 4gadgets would not answer my question or help me or offer any advice, they were rather rude and kept telling me to refer to back market as it was sold through them!! Seriously, it was sold from 4gadgets!! Unhelpful. Avoid.

Openrent used to be fab a few years ago with 50 enquiries within the first day of it going live, but relisted my property recently and had only 2 enquiries in the past week which were unsuitable. I wonder if they are subtly making landlords move over and advertise via Rightmove for the £49 fee instead.

My on line order has not appeared. They do not get back to you to let you know it provide any tracking info. They just take your money and that's it. It's up to the customer to chase and investigate and this is so so bad! Order #131112231 and yes I've tried their rubbish live chat and still no response when promised an update on an hour which was 2 hours ago now!! Do not order from here and boycott them.
