Rubbish customer service!

My on line order has not appeared. They do not get back to you to let you know it provide any tracking info. They just take your money and that's it. It's up to the customer to chase and investigate and this is so so bad! Order #131112231 and yes I've tried their rubbish live chat and still no response when promised an update on an hour which was 2 hours ago now!! Do not order from here and boycott them.
