Wanted to order a chocolate birthday cake, BUT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ADD TO THE BASKET, THERE IS NO OPTION. so after 30 minutes of rummaging through their website i gave up. I didn't want a message, candles or anything else, but still no option to add to basket. Rubbish.

Don't bother ordering online. No order tracking, no customer service phone number, no contact details to call to ask where your order is. Chat bot didn't work. Shoddy and disgusting service to say the least!! Even the customer service numer that you can call just spouts the website and then automatically cuts the call. No idea where it when my order will be delivered and it's been a week with no contact.

Received my CUBE reaction pro 500 via online ordering. Beautiful bike, love it, appeared well packaged, sadly a couple of dents and scratches on the frame which dulled the experience somewhat.
Adam is doing all he can to rectify this for me though and waiting for a response to my email a couple of days ago.
I didn't get a 'handwritten note' inside my bike box... Boo.

Having taken time to read the glowing reviews, I took the plunge and ordered a Cube ebike online last Thursday. The staff at Paul's Cycles are polite, friendly and so far knowledgeable and answered my email promptly.
My annoyance is with the courier service they use.
Received a TNT tracking ref.
My bike has been 'IN TRANSIT' since Friday and incidentally it's reached the TNT depot nearest to where I live!
I am unable to get any further information or updates on delivery other than it MAY arrive on Monday before 18.00, that's all you get, no update 'every step of the way' at all. This is very disappointing after spending £2,400!
I have to go to a place called WORK and have a life so I can't keep waiting in days on end on the chance it may be delivered and I miss it as TNT don't give any other info!!!
Paul's Cycles boast a delivery time of 1-2 days, NOT 4 OR MORE!
Why oh why can't they use a decent courier like UPS or DPD?

Contacted NOW on 2nd March to discuss pension lump sum. Told they would send me a retirement pack in the post which would take 10 days to receive. Contacted NOW again on 15th March as nothing received, to be told it was actually posted out yesterday (14th March) via SECOND CLASS post!!!!
They then said they could email this to me, when told on my initial phone call to them that they couldn't send it over via email!! But this would then take 24 hours!! 24 hours to send an email!!! Give me strength. Crap service and lied to.

Review of Scottish Widows
Seems that as soon as I applied for my 25% tax free pension lump sum, the funds are 'suddenly' dropping like a stone, £700 lost in 3 days!!!! So the more SW delay, the more funds I will lose!!! Makes me spit. Thieving company!!

Not impressed with Torquay store. No price mentioned for eye tests etc. Then you book an appointment, to be told to arrive 5 minutes beforehand. Then you're kept waiting for over 30 minutes !!! This really is unacceptable, what if you're pushed for time ?
Also, they have no idea when your appointment is as they had to call me to tell me to book an eye examination before my contact lens check up, which I already had done ! Hard work!

The SW app that had been fine for the.part year, suddenly stopped working on Saturday 13.08.22. I called them several times on the following Monday to be told they were restricting and making improvements to the app and assured me it would be up and running on 17.08.22. They lied.
Not correspondence received to say that they would be making improvements! No courtesy contact it warning.
It just stopped. Now Wednesday 17.08.22 6 phone calls later just passed from one person to another, yes they says there would be.a wait but 45 minutes on hold!!! I can't log on, can't access anything to do with my pension!! What the hell is going on ???? I shall be reporting them to the Financial Ombudsman today !

Sent my laptop to CIYG as working/damaged. Firstly, dpd turned up a day early when i wasn't home so what is the point of booking a specific date to collect? My laptop was immaculate and very clean and it booted up fine prior to being sent to them, i also wrapped it in protective bubble-wrap. CIYG initially gave a price of £131. Upon recept they sent me 1 single photo of a filthy, cracked and what looked like 'melt' marks in the plastic, saying that my laptop had stuck keys (which was true but only a few at worse, but there was no where to enter the exact damage when asking for a price, but it worked fine with a usb keyboard) wouldn't boot up and was therefore reported as 'heavy damage'. Which was not the case. They offered me £50. I would have have asked for return of my item but feared it would have come back in a worse state of repair so managed to ask them to revise their price, which to be fair they did and upped their offer to £100 which i accepted. I would not use them again to be honest as they aren't all they claim to be.

29.07.19 - Purchased a fascinator at 99p for next day delivery. It did arrive on time. However the hat/fascinator was badly dented and creased and I needed this for a wedding 2 days later 02.08.19.
This fascinator cost me £28.00 - I emailed their customer services and the responded asking that they would need 2 photos showing the faults, with the original ROMAN tags etc still attached. I replied to their email in a timely fashion, received no response until i chased them, they replied saying they had not received my email with photos! I have kept proof that these photos did indeed get sent. I have now sent again, weather they received this second lot of photos is another story, they said they would send a replacement out for next day delivery ON RECEIPT of said photos. I needed this hat for a wedding. Extremely disappointed that they choose to ignore my responses.
I sent their damaged hat back via toyal mail tracking and it has been delivered back to them. However, ive had to open a paypal case as no response from customer services to say theyd received it. So we are at 19th august and still no refund received. Paypal are now asking me for proof of postage/tracking ref. Which of course i have. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHODDY COMPANY, RUN BY A BUNCH OF CROOKS.

Ordered a phone on Monday 1st July at 4pm..DPD send me an email telling me it will be delivered on Wednesday 3rd July now. What happened to next day???? Shoddy. I thought next day was Tuesday 2nd July... Or they can't count. I ordered well before 9pm. As quoted from their website:
If you place your order before 9PM on weekdays (Mon-Fri), or 6pm on weekends (Sat-Sun), we can deliver it for free the next day. If you order after these hours, it’ll be processed the next working day (you can view all this info on the table).

Hermes are THE worst courier company to deal with, only slightly worse than YODEL. Considering my next door neighbours both work for Hermes, they never actually deliver our parcels, they just sign for them in their signature and mark them as delivered!! It's been almost a week now and they've only attempted one delivery, shoved a card through the door and that's it. Still no parcel, we would very much like it DELIVERED, after all we paid for it to be DELIVERED so get off your lazy butts and do the job you're paid to do.

The moment I began to complete information for an online quotation both my mobile and land line phone began to ring. Several calls later and I was getting completely fed up with them calling and harassing me when I hadn't even submitted the form!! Awful awful awful. Felt so pressured I had to block the 0208 8478000.... they were like dogs with a bone !! Needless to say they lost one customer.
