I can't review quality of product because I never received it because their chosen courier (Hemres) lost my parcel but communication with customer service been absolutely amazing and I received refund 2 days after my parcel went missing.
I love my protein! Super quick delivery and reasonable prices. I would have given 5* but they have stopped selling my favourite ready made protein meals. I have requesting it countless of times and I each time they have promised to bring it back but as its been couple of years now I doubt they will ever restock it :(
Horrible bank and unhelpful staff.It takes weeks for money to become available. Also payments made take up 6 days to clear. Absolute joke. I was waiting money for a month. I had proof and transaction id's provided but HSBC just told me to hang on. I since moved to different bank and everything works just perfect.
Did not help me with my cystic acne. Treatment is very rough on the skin.it feels like it has pieces of glass in it.it scratches your skin when you applying it. It also gave me hundreds of blackheads i never had before. I have cystic acne on my chin but now I have bad skin all over my face.i still get painful cysts too. I did contact their team about it but never got reply. I have now cancelled my subscription and gone to real dermatologist for real treatment. I also showed the treatment what I was given by Dermatica to my dermatologist and she said it might work for some people for short period of time but as soon as you end your treatment your acne will come back as this treatment doesn't control oils in your skin which is main reason for acne. I wouldn't recommend it!

I don't understand all the negative reviews. My experience been nothing but pleasant. I ordered casual pants,which were delivered very fast,unfortunately they didn't suit me and I returned them,got my refund under 1 week. I have many leggings and biker shorts from SB, quality is amazing and I will definitely order again.

Absolutely disgusting service. Every day there's cancellation and delays. Trains are dirty,crowded and smelly. No working toilets,no air conditioning, no free WiFi. Appealing.
Been fan of Diesel for all my life and order something new almost every month. Never had any problem with orders,deliveries or returns. Amazing brand with good quality stuff. UPDATE 2022!! Diesel has gone downhill a lot. Deliveries take forever and customer service is appealing.They basically said it's not their problem and I should chase UPS for my delivery. When I finally received my order after waiting for 4 weeks,jeans looked awful- on the label it's says length 30 but when I measured it it was 26inch. I'm very annoyed as now I have to send them back 🤦🏻♀️

Almost perfect service every time.also I don't understand why their customer service gets bad reviews, I never had any problems, I get my emails answered and problems solved with no real hassle. Couple of times there's been unusual long wait for my refund but other than that I can't fault them.
Only one of three of my orders showed up rest gone missing or never shipped. Very rude customer service people. Take ages to solve the problem and issue refund. I will never order from them again.
Ordered pair of Nike cycling shorts.super quick delivery but product itself is very bad quality. Nike is my favourite brand for workout clothes/trainers but those shorts look and feel like total joke. Material is awful and cheap and super see through. Planned to return them and after an hour trying to grate return lable online ( website froze constantly and didn't give me option for return country other than Christmas Island!!!!!! ) I found out you have to pay for your return. What a joke!! I will never order from JD again for that reason. Non of the main retailer's ask to pay for returns these days. Shame on you JD!! Update- when i finally managed to grate return label and pay £2.50 for postage fee ,I dropped it off to the post office. It took about 2 weeks to get my refund. Not too bad. Overall not too bad service but I wouldn't order again because of they charge for returns.

I would like to thank you for this feedback though as it does helps us to improve the service.
I'm not big fan of Selfridges. People working there are very snobby and treat you like you are lower class,also when ordering online they remove tags from clothing so when you try to return it you can't. Happened to me 3 times. Thankfully I did click and collect and opened my order on the till so person who gave me my order could see it. I will never order again,its not worth the trouble.

Overall good experience. I ordered 2 items. Items were sent separately, one from France and one from Italy. It was a bit annoying and inconvenient because I needed to make sure I was in for both deliveries but overall still great experience. Delivery took between 5-7days,so not bad. P.s People who complain about custom charges should pay more attention before they check out their order. It shows if and how much custom you need to pay,if it's too much just don't go ahead with your order!simple as that!!
I recieved my order but it took over a week to come. Quality of fabric is ok but It did look brighter and nicer in picture. After reading all the bad reviews I can't be bothered to return it but will not buy from them again in future

Puregym in Croydon is horrendous- place is extremely dirty,smells of sweat and mold which is all over the wall. Ladies shower room stinks of urine. Worst gym I ever been to!!
It's definitely one of the best ones in Croydon. It's small but it has variety of equipment for all different exercises,it's always clean and most times AC seem to be working well too. I also love the music they are playing,it's kind of housey which I really enjoy. As it's still half through refurbish there's issues with changing rooms,lockers are like hundred years old,some of them broken, doors hanging off ant they are dirty. Also there's extremely bad smell coming from shower drains. But I have been told it's all will be sorted in near future. Staff is friendly and always greet you. Gym goers seem to be professionals not messy teenagers like in Pure gym( worst gym in Croydon!!!!). Once changing rooms are refurbished in will definitely give 5*. P.s new water fountain would be great too!!! Gone downhill after lockdown. Place is dirty with no AC.Very smelly and humid.lot of new member of staff too who only sit around,don't do the cleaning they should do,eating stinky food behind reception desk. Absolutely horrid. Used to be one of the best ones and now they are just like the rest of the awful gyms in croydon. Im taking my money to Myptgym.
