I never received my order!! I have contacting customer service 4 times now and all I have been told is hang on there we will look into it. They never gotten back to me and I don't know what to do!!! I'm absolutely disgusted ,I have lost almost £100 for nothing! I will never ever order from them again and if I don't get any answers in couple of days I will contact my bank and report fraud because this is what it seems to be!!!
Not paying back money for cancelled or delayed journeys. I travel 3-4 times a week and theres constant delays and they never compensate me. I have tried many times,sent them copies of payments,screenshots of tickets and never gotten a penny back! Absolutely disgusting service!!will use only West Midlands trains now on,at least they compensate when theres been delays/ cancellations. Oh and theres no AC on virgin trains. It feels like you sitting in oven. Awful
You never know if and when your parcel shows up. They don't give you time slots,neither options to deliver to neighbor or to safe place. If you happen to be out it might take days until you get your parcel.

Dpd in Croydon are is pretty good. Being shopaholic I have loads of parcels delivered by them. Over the years theres been only one incident when my parcel didn't show up as promised. Other than that they are always on time!!
I'm member of Pure gym in Croydon. But I'm thinking of leaving. Place is dirty,especially ladies changing room and toilets,equipment on gym floor is covered with sweat and dust,music is extremely loud and aircon isn't working properly- its smelly and really hot. Place is full of youngsters who's just fooling around and leaving weights lying around everywhere. I guess you get what you pay for!!

I’m sorry to hear this may affect your enjoyment of the gym.
Staff do undertake regular cleaning checks and we have dedicated cleaning teams come each night to carry out and comply with internal and external audits. But we can of course check the cleaning rotas so if you let the Gym Manager know when you’ve visited they can properly investigate.
Air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers.
Staff should undertake regular volume checks for the safety and comfort of our members, but if you approach a staff member, as above, with more info they can look into this.
In terms of the weights, it is in the gym rules that members should return their own weights or risk suspension, but at peak times especially it can be hard to police this. However, staff on site do everything they can while we also have CCTV monitoring the free weights and are looking for new ways to combat this.
In the meantime, I really do hope this does not put you off from attending the gym.
Don't bother to order because if you need to return it you will be waiting your refund for weeks. I had proof of posting with tracking details and it showed that my parcel was deliverd back to them but when I contacted them they lied they doesn't have it and told me tracking details are incorrect . After 10s of phone calls and emails and contacting my bank I received my refund. Took a month!! Never ever again!!
Absolutely disgusting service! I never had pleasant experience with them to be honest. But after my latest order I will never ever buy anything from them again. Firstabe it took 2 weeks for my order to arrive . My emails were ignored. In the end I returned my items and waited and waited and waited for my refund. My emails were ignored AGAIN!! At this point I have been waiting over 2 weeks . As i paid with PayPal I went on to open case against them there and luckily got my money back that way! I love online shopping and buy something new every week but Calvin Klein is worst company ever and I will never ever order from them again!!!
I never had any problems with them. My deliveries have always been on time and items been 100% top notch!! Love Shoeaholics - Good service and amazing prices!!

Good service from start to finish. Unfortunately jeans I ordered were too big so I returned them. Return was free and refund was issued super quick. Would order in future again
They are ok but could give approx. delivery time on a day like other couriers do. It's really silly to wait your delivery from 7am till 10pm!! Other than that they are quite reliable and I never had any real problem with them. There's been delayes with my deliveries but no longer than a day.
Since my first review I have had bad experience. My parcel was missing almost for a week and stress I experienced is unforgivable. Their app is useless and very misleading. When I finally recieved my parcel it looked like it's been in a war - packaging was ripped and dirty, thankfully content wasn't damaged but it's not OK to mess with people orders which they have paid lot of money for. Unfortunately I can't fully trust UPS any more and will knock 2 starts off from my initial rating.
Will never ever order from them again! It's been twice now where I have been waiting for my order for 2 weeks. They promise to deliver in 5 working days but it's a lie!! Once my parcel was dropped of some randome shop and I needed to go get it my self and second time my parcel was sent to wrong address and I needed to wait for replacement! It's easier and quicker to go to the shop and get it from there. Their online service is beyond crap!!!
Absolutely awful!! Their customer service is nonexistent, I have been chasing my payouts for months and still no luck!! Also it's absolutely ridiculous how much money they take off you and after gettimg email my brand new Armani dress is unsuitable for their fancy shop and been donated to god knows to whom ,I had enough! I took my business to eBay and I couldn't be happier!! I do not recommend this site to anyone!!

As far as I can see from your payout history all of your payments were made on time once you supplied your paypal email address which was stopping us from being able to process payments.
You did chase the last payment that was due for £7.97. This had not been paid because it is under the £10 minimum payout threshold. We did however pay this to you when you got in touch.
I know it can be dissapointing when we reject some of your items for sale but we have to be realistic about what will, and won't sell. We have to be extremely strict about the quality of clothing we accept, as all clothing we pay for is resold in our shop to customers who trust that our inspection process will ensure great quality, like-new clothing.

Gym in Croydon is very poor. It's dirty and staff isn't helpful at all. Loads of broken down equipment and AC isn't working. It's smelly and very poorly maintained . Extreamly overpriced! Wouldn't recomend it to anyone.
