It is no longer the same Ted Baker as I knew it before the company entered administration in 2024. The quality is poor, but the prices remain high. The return process is difficult. Be prepared for automatic responses from chatbot. It took me 3 weeks and endless emails to receive my refund. I will not order again.
The order went well, although it took a total of 12 days to deliver to Finland. The bags seem to be of good quality and the order was well packaged. I'm happy!
First time shopping with Ted Baker and I wish I had read the reviews.
I placed an order 14 days ago for three items. I’ve been told by email and tracking from the courier that the package that it is ‘out for delivery’ for the last 7 days. It hasn’t arrived. Tried to contact customer service only to find there is no working phone number. And the chatbot doesn’t even work.
So far all I’ve received is an automated response by email
I got a blazer and trouzers set today but the large size is very large .So,I wanted to exchange for a smaller size ..Guess what ! NO EXCHANGE NO RETURN as they mention it is from OUTLET ITEMS !!! I payed 800 AED for nothing ...now I have to gain weight to wear it !!
I used to love Ted Baker. It was one of my go to brands for clothing so was very excited to see they relaunched.
I bought a dress and what supposed to be a leather belt.
When both items arrived, first thing I noticed already - the packaging - cheap. But when I opened the package and saw the items - the quality - absolutely awful! That is what I imagine you get from Shein if it worse. The belt was not leather. The dress was pure synthetic and looked nothing like the photo on the site.
I returned the items and this is where customer service came into picture. First, mission impossible to get hold off. Finally got hold of them and they issued a refund but kept £6.95. They charge you £3 for return and £3.95 for shipping.
On the site it states the return cost is £3.
When asked why I paid for shipping as when I purchased the item and upon the return and what additional £3 cover. The customer service couldn’t reply and kept saying same thing.
This is not the brand it used to be. far from it - from quality of clothing to service - I wouldn’t go near this cheap version with high price tags again.
Complained that my item was low quality and did not look like the pictures. They issued a refund but I’ve now paid for shipping twice for an item I’ve not purchased. Other companies do free refunds especially when items are subpar. I used to like TB, but recently it’s been rubbish and customer service does not provide the best outcomes.
Ordered an item and paid next day delivery before the cut off point. Item did not arrive so I complained and was told it was an issue with the courier and was lost in transit. I was given a refund so I reordered the item again with next day delivery, item did not arrive again. When requesting an update from ted baker, no explanation provided and refund given again. I have now ordered the same item with goldsmiths and they have already dispatched my item for delivery tomorrow. Avoid ted baker, unreliable and dishonest.

Ordered a bag online five days ago then got an email this morning to say that it had been cancelled and refunded because there wasn’t enough stock, even though I could still buy it online and was showing in stock online!?
Very disappointing won’t be using again.
I wanted to just buy a wallet but been as though I had to pay nearly £4 delivery I ordered a belt too.
I had an email from them that my wallet was cancelled as they didn't have any, even though they were still selling them online and even now. So I wanted to cancel my belt too, but there's no phone number just a so called TedBot which was not helpful. But straight after I had an email from them saying that item was sent, so all I could do was send the belt back for £3 instead of cancelling it.
You have to pay to receive your item as well and return it.
It has been a month, and I still haven’t received a solution for my refund. Their customer service keeps saying the case has been passed to another department, but it feels like it’s simply been swept under the rug. I have never experienced such poor service from a supposedly reputable brand. No wonder it has come to this—shame on them! I will never purchase another item from Ted Baker UAE again.
Great quality, and delivery was fast. I love this company, i just wish the pricing a cheaper. Stylish clothing with a touch of playfulness. One of my favorite brands. Keep the good work
Will not be using again they hang on to your refund even after saying it will be in your bank in 3 days. Well over a week and nothing.
I used to love Ted Baker, but never again. They closed their stores, yet still charge unfair delivery fees, deduct money on every return, and after more than a month I still haven’t received my refund. I paid for delivery twice and now I’m stuck with a £100 dress that doesn’t fit. Totally unacceptable and disrespectful to customers.

I placed my second order (order number 404934) on 18 August 2025 before 2pm. It should be dispatched within 48 hours as you promised but it’s originally dispatched on 22 August 2025.
Trust me now a day even eBay complete their delivery next day FREE. Ted Baker charging £3/4/5 for delivery and you failed to handle it.
Most of your products are luxurious products and buyers buy this expensive product because they love it and they want it asap in their hands.
Second point is if you don’t have enough stock of any product, stop showing advert of that product. Like BROLIN

This Company can improve on issuing timely refunds. They received my return on the 28th Julyi am still waiting to be refunded. Not impressed I emailed them and had a reply from Tedbot telling me it would be refunded. It has now been pending for far too long. Paypal tell me it’s Ted Bakers bank not releasing the money ? ?

I have been waiting more than 10 days for them to acknowledge receipt if my returned goods so then can start the process of getting my refund. You contact them and you get fobbed off. Bought a gorgeous leather bag online at full price £189. Have used it no more than 10 times and usually use the grab handles but occasionally pop the cross body strap over my shoulder. I stood it on my desk at work today when I was about to leave the office and noticed that where the cross body strap attaches to the bag, it’s come unstitched. I really don’t expect this from a bag that was nearly £200!
I was going to contact Customer Services but after reading these reviews don’t think I’ll bother. Will just use the grab handles (until they fall off 😆)

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from the Ted Baker brand. It is entirely unreliable. With their bankruptcy, I never saw the E400 lost on returned items for which I had been promised a refund.
Some organisations have integrity. Some (like Ted Baker) do not. Rather than going into the details, I strongly advise that nobody ever purchases from this company again.
