Ordered boots on Monday afternoon and…

Ordered boots on Monday afternoon and received them Tuesday morning. Very good service and to pay £8 for super fast next day delivery is quite reasonable. Would have given 5* but as I never received conformation email of my order and never got reply from them either when I asked about my order,I have knocked one star off. Will definitely order from them again!

Costa coffee in East Croydon Station

Costa coffee in East Croydon Station. It's hit and miss. You never really know what you gonna get. Some of the staff simply doesn't know how to make decent cup of latte
Some make it boiling hot,some make it taste like old filtered coffee. Twice I have been told coconut and almost milks are unsweetened and both times my coffee been like a syrup.also they keep pushing you to try "stronger blend of coffee" which really isn't any stronger and they fail to tell you it will cost you more than regular coffee. But I do love Costa in Euston Station. Staff is friendly and very professional. They deserve 5*

AVOID!!!!! Firstly their delivery takes ages,no less than a week or 10 days and when it finally arrives the items are creased and very poor quality. God help you if you want to return. I have been waiting for week to get my refund ,they don't reply to emails either. Opened case on PayPal. I will never ever order from them again!! This company is a joke!

2 weeks in,still no refund,neither they have responded on PayPal. Will escalate my case. I never had a good experience with them but this time is worst of them all!!
It's 14th February now and still no reply or refund. Opened case on PayPal and they have been trying to contact them ,but still no response. Now have to wait till 21st when PayPal will close my case and hopefully refund me!
Simon Jersey is by far worst company ever!

Amazing stuff!! Very fast delivery to the UK , also got my refund under 5 days. Have ordered from them quite few times and will definitely do it again. Very good quality, fast delivery and great customer service!!

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Ordered t-shirt which after 10 days still haven't turned up. Emailed customer service several times,no answer. When they finally bothered to answer they said item is out of stock and will be shipped when back in stock. No refunds!!!!! I feel like I have been robbed. They shouldn't take payments for items they don't even have!!!!! Opened case on PayPal, fingers crossed I get my money back!

Scumbags!!

Scumbags!!! Got notifications on Saturday that my parcel is on the way to me. Waited at home all day, no delivery. Then suddenly got another notification on Sunday saying my parcel was delivered and signed by me on Saturday night at 9.55pm. As far as I know I don't sleepwalk and accept parcels and sign for them middle of night!!! Then on Monday afternoon I receive text message that my so called already delivered and signed parcel is out for deliver once again! I got all excited and hopefully but an hour later I received another message saying my parcel been deliver again through letterbox and photo attachemnt of someone else's front door . At that point all hope died. It seem like my parcel is either lost or stolen by their driver. I have opened case against them and fingers crossed they get what they deserve!! I have 2 more parcel to come but knowing how horrible Hermes is,I'm not going to hold my breath this time!!! Will never ever use their service again! They need to be shut down!!

Parcel stolen by delivery person

Parcel stolen by delivery person. Proof of delivery is picture of random house and of signature which isn't mine. Complaint through Resolver, but nothing. Hermes replied they have " deliverd" the parcel and end of story. I'm going to fill in form for Watchdog now and hope all the other people here who been robbed of their hard earned money and of their Christmas really would do the same. Hermes needs to be shut down!!!!!!

0* for reward- rewards you have chosen NEVER show up and no help from customer service. I was told they tried deliver my reward 3 times but my address is non exciting. Best joke ever!!!! However I still receive my every day post and parcels from other retailers. Scammers!!!!

It's ok

I had a bit rocky start with Atterley- after 3 days I hadn't received any dispatch email as promised so I needed to chace my parcel via email. Took quite a few back and forth emails before my order was located and sent off. In the end it took 5 days. I don't think information regarding delivery times are accurate on their website!!! However communication from their side was very good. Also needed to return one item and got my very refund very quickly which is excellent

Avoid avoid avoid

I never received my order!! I was refused proof of posting/tracking details ,also seller refused to refund. Thankfully I paid using my PayPal, so escalated case there. Hopefully they will get my money back from those thieves.

It's update for my previous review - thankfully PayPal sided with me and I got my money back! Phew!! I'm now looking into reporting Tastitch.com for scam!! Fingers crossed they get closed down!!!!

Used to be huge fan of john lewis,until recently. I returned one of my online orders to their Oxford streets store only been told they can't accept it for some unknown reason and they need to send it off to their warehouse. Lady who was dealing with me didn't really know what she was doing so after waiting there almost an hour she finally said it's all done and gave me piece of paper with return reference number on it. It was a month ago. Still no refund!! I have contacted their customer service numerous times and all they say is to wait longer and they will get back to me. I'm extremely annoyed! I have no idea when and if I gonna get my money back. Absolutely useless customer service! Will not shop in john Lewis again

Holland and Barrett in Croydon is not a good shop to go. And mainly its because of horrible staff. They are extremely rude,there's no greeting on the till,no thank you and absolutely no one on shop floor to help you. I been there for many times and never had a good experience. Been their customer for years and never really had any problems with them. However last time I ordered I was charged £50 for tax. Unfortunately items didn't suit me and I returned them but never got that £50 back.it's rip off and will never order from online again. Will go directly to the store next time

Always late or cancelled and overcrowded. Awful service. Most trains doesn't have air con either, so it's super hot, smelly and uncomfortable.
Trains are so hot,you can't breathe. There's hot air pumped into carriages ,it's unbearable. It could be +40 outside or 0 degrees, there's always dangerously hot in there trains. It's not ok!!! They also provide only 4 carriages on peak times,there's never available seats,there's been few times people are taken ill as no air and people fainting

Trains are always late or cancelled. Theres impossible to get a seat plus no proper aircon. Hot,dirty,smelly trains. I won't even mention travel charges . Ridiculous

Stop pumping hot sir into carriages. Are you trying to kill us!!!
