Not what I expected
So, in addition to the steep prices, you pay a £2.25 charge plus they add a service charge (that you can change).
I guess that would be OK for London if you got what you ordered!
We were missing 2x mayonnaise dips that we had paid for, plus we had asked for 3 glasses of tap water....
This the second time that I have been to the Brewdog pub at Waterloo and it is the second time that the service has been wanting...
I suspect that they do not give a flying fig, as the pub was very busy...

Another perfect purchase
I have now purchased three used phones from music magpie over the last few years and can honestly say that I have never been disappointed by the service nor the quality of the used phones. The last two phones in particular looked like they had just come out of the factory. I have seen companies offer what are claimed to be similar phones for slightly less money, but with music magpie I sincerely believe that you get good value for money and the phones are what they claim to be

Review of Revolut
It does go wrong and can leave you in the lurch
This is the second time that Revolut has let me down.
On the first occasion I had to reset my card balance to be able to use it contactless.
I did it several times, but no joy.
This took a long time to resolve during which time the card was useless..
This time, auto top up just stopped working.
No errors from the app, no messages NOTHING!
When I checked it was still set up.
So I manually topped up, BUT, will it work next time automatically.
I tried to raise a support ticket, but that needed a photo - of what???
When it works it is brilliant, but when it does not..............
As a result of this review, I have been contacted by Revolut and advised that my problem is a known issue....
Today, another problem, card refused at Tesco Pay at Pump!

Excellent all round
We were strolling through Hythe when we spotted some good looking suites in the Castons window.
We were not intending to buy, that is until we sat on the Sherborne suite in the window.
I can honestly say that it was the most comfortable suite that I have ever sat on.
Amanda was extremely helpful without being pushy and in your face.
We took home some swatches and later that day went back and ordered two settees and a chair.
Today, they were delivered, again by the most polite and helpful people that I have encountered.
Now that they have gone, we can relax on our new suite - and it is magic!
I shall have to watch that I do not fall asleep.
Very impressed all round - Castons could not have done better - and it is not often these days that you can say that!

As per my previous review of Premia Solutions and after further experiences....
When buying a car you are provided with a number of optional or add on services to help protect your investment. In this case, the dealer offered me insurance against minor body and alloy wheel damage which I decided to take.
I am very glad that I did. I have had a number of scratches and scrapes to my wheels repaired (all of which outside of my control) - the service provided has been excellent. Very timely, helpful staff and excellent repairs.
Would recommend without any reservations!

We don't deal with number group directly, but one of our providers does. Unfortunately we had a problem with our provider including that we were unable to contact them to resolve a critical situation. However thanks to ofcom we were able to track down who the main provider was and it was numbergroup.
Even though they did not know who I was, when I contacted number group their response was unbelievably fast very professional and in fact they were able to immediately put on number forwards so that critical businesses could continue to receive calls. The response also included a personal call from Jody reassuring me that number group would do everything possible to assist with the critical problem.
The response of number group certainly was on a par with the best that I have ever received in my 40 + years of working in IT. Thank you very much!!!!
Thoroughly recommended!

Best price missing and feedback broken
Sainsbury currently has the best price for Meridian Peanut Butter 1kg - Nectar Price £5, but this website does not even list Sainsburys.
When you try and feedback and press submit - nothing happens (MS Edge and Firefox).
Not a lot of point in using a website that does not show the best price for a product from a major supermarket.

Bag check, STILL NO RED light!!
I often use Smart Shop and I am often stopped for a bag check.
No real problem there, BUT, normally when the till knows that you require assistance, the light on the pole goes RED and the staff know that you need their attention and they come to you.
EXCEPT when you are selected for a bag check, at which point you can do absolutely nothing apart from attract the attention of the staff or just leave the shop.
Today, there was a member of staff that was available nearby, but I have often had to wait whilst the staff attend to the other customers with RED lights.
WHY does the light not go RED alerting staff when you have been selected for a bag check????

BEWARE - They lose records of your licenses permanently!
You pay the money.
They issue you with a license
All is good - for now..
They introduce a new licensing system..
MOST of your licenses have now disappeared!!!
You contact them by raising a ticket (more than once)...
They reply.
You reply within 3 hours
They then close the ticket within 2 working days saying no reponse!!!
There are more reputable and professional companies out there.
WOW, just noticed that they have asked me to send them a copy of the licenses that they sent me originally!!
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!
I made more than 20 purchases - 15+ licenses lost.
Some would call it theft!
21 months later and it is clear that they do not give a flying fig!

Over the years I have used many comparison Web sites for obtaining the best price for insurance.
I was surprised by the significant difference in price from the same insurance company for, what appeared to be, the same policy.
Go Compare always wins..
Review of DHL Parcel UK
DHL tells lies!
We are expecting a parcel from Holland. When we received an email claiming that DHL had attempted delivery and that we had refused to accept the parcel, we checked the CCTV. No attempt had been made - as we already knew.
We went online, and the status of the package was delivered - signed for by us.
The Dutch seller of the parcel believed that it had been delivered.
Many days have passed by and finally the truth may have been revealed.
DHL damaged the parcel! Who knows where the parcel is!
It took DHL more than 4 days to respond!
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

CHECK THE PRICE - and Customer Service non existent!
Placed an order as a member - discount applied in my basket.
Had a technical problem with a dr card, so used Paypal.
The member discount had been removed!
This is NOT acceptable!
I sent messages / tried to contact brewdog BEFORE leaving this review. I did this via their contact form and also via email.
I have not heard a thing.....

NEVER again!!
So, I used parcelhero to find a courier to send a mobile phone to my son - the catch being that I wanted the parcel to be covered by £350 insurance.
FedEx came up as the answer, so I duly paid the £25.
FedEx said that my nearest dropoff was my local Shell garage, but they did not take Fedex.
I went to a local shop and they took FedEx - they tried to register the parcel 3 times - rejected every time. I went online and the tracking said 'awaiting your parcel'. So, the very helpful shopkeeper tried to phone Fedex, but after 10 minutes of waiting we gave up. I tried 3 further drop off points all with the same result.
Have you ever tried calling FedEx without an account - you cannot.
Clearly even those with an account cannot get through to them - a lot of time and diesel wasted!
