Saved our bacon
We don't deal with number group directly, but one of our providers does. Unfortunately we had a problem with our provider including that we were unable to contact them to resolve a critical situation. However thanks to ofcom we were able to track down who the main provider was and it was numbergroup.
Even though they did not know who I was, when I contacted number group their response was unbelievably fast very professional and in fact they were able to immediately put on number forwards so that critical businesses could continue to receive calls. The response also included a personal call from Jody reassuring me that number group would do everything possible to assist with the critical problem.
The response of number group certainly was on a par with the best that I have ever received in my 40 + years of working in IT. Thank you very much!!!!
