Volvo was flagged for investing in genocide by a UN report so as a Volvo customer I requested more information. I contacted Volvo twice and on both occasions they refused to reply. This refusal to talk actually spoke volumes because it seems like they are complicit and that's the reason for their silence. What a shame that what I thought was an ethical company turned out to be the opposite. Volvos investment in genocide will definitely not pay and they will be on the losing side. I will definitely be publicising this more and be working on putting them on the bds list as they definitely deserve boycotting

Shame that sanex think it's ok to be racist in it's adverts by showing dark coloured people with skin issues and white people with perfect skin. For this reason you deserve to be boycotted by all users as these dated stereotypes will no longer be rewarded

Bought a solid oak bed thinking it would be good quality, even though the bed looks good it's creaks everytime you move. Problem is especially bad with the foot stand. Very disappointed considering the price. I wanted to complain directly to the company but they make it is difficult as possible you have to join some portal which isn't what I want to do

They make up the rules as they go. Everyone has a right to return items due to distance selling rules but eBay will not always honour this. All call centres are abroad and a nightmare to explain things to because they don't understand the laws

MY insurance was coming up for renewal they rang me up, put me on hold for about half an hour and cut me off. Not heard anything back and my insurance is running out in 2 days. Very poor service despite that fact I've been with them for years

The worst company and customer service. They amount of times they book in an engineer and he won't show up is ridiculous. This means me losing a days holiday from work because I'm waiting for someone that's mot turning up. Wasters. They didn't tell me, this happened last year as well and what actually happens is you prioritise your contract work and if like me you're not contract you get treated like this every time. At least have the decency to say no one is coming so I'm not waiting for someone that's not turning up

Although the service has been generally good, I ended up building quite a lot of credit because I was being overcharged and when I asked for the amount to be returned octopus started to stall me and saying things like we can't return all of it at once and I will have to wait until next month etc.. either give me my money back so I can pay my other debts with it or stop billing me until my credit runs out but to make it difficult to get my money back is wrong
Enzo Lisa k contacted me today saying all my complaints have been cancelled and the matter is basically resolved. It's not. My money is still owed I have not been griven a day when I will get it back and this situation has just got more ridiculous. You are leaving me no choice but to continue at ofgem and let them know you are robbing customers, then fobbing them off. I want my money back now and no more stupid mistakes from your staff

Removing travel insurance from premium was a bad move especially considering the amount you charged. To change what I signed up for half way through the contract just makes us lose trust in revolut. The charges and commissions you charge are very high anyway and the travel insurance was the only thing keeping me with you.

Sent parcel via 48 hours delivery and after 3 days parcel was still at the drop off point not picked up. When I phoned customer service they said they can't do anything about it. Another stupid thing they do is ask you for your customers address to verify you. Who knows all their customers addresses? No one. Absolutely useless and the are lieing about their delivery times

when i joined the burnham puregym it was ok as a budget 24 hour gym but over the last year it has got worse and worse. they claim its a 24/7 365 gym as displayed at the entrance of my local gym but this in fact is a lie because they randomly close for reasons like the queens death, xmas eve, xmas day etc... they should not be making false claims to deceive people. also recently they have began to turn the carpark lights off at night resulting in higher crime such as car break ins and cars being stolen, due to the lack of light their cctv cameras are deemed useless so the chance of catching the criminals is almost zero. during the day the heating is too high and at night it is off meaning its almost impossible to train due to the extremities of temperature. they also shut the main toilets at night which means that if the only disabled toilet is blocked as it has been for the last 2 days you are stuffed. i complained about the shower in the disabled toilet either being stone cold or very hot last january and after being passed around a few times nothing has been done as the mixer valve is still not mixing. The way things are trending i would not recommend pure gym to anyone and if things are not improved i will be moving elswhere

very poor customer service. item arrived broken they asked me why i didnt just sellotape it back together like any other customer would do. i had to explain that customers wouldnt just tape the broken item together but would return the item as we expect to receive the item as its described in the ad. these guys do not understand customer service or basic ethics so avoid at all costs

You changed you name but the service is still very poor. To phone customer services it's a £6 minimum charge. You keep trying to deliver to business's after office hours. What a nightmare.
