i have been using paypal for a long …
i have been using paypal for a long time and have 1000+ positive feedbacks on ebay with zero negative. few days ago i sold a mobile phone and all of a sudden they have decided to freeze my payment because they believe the item i sold 'may' cause dissatisfaction to the customer. i do not understand why they would feel like this considering i have never received a negative feedback in 1000+ transactions and they have not even seen my item. it feels like a scam where they want to hold my money for as long as possible for no valid reason. here is a copy of the email i received from them
