Review of InvoiceBerry
ive been using free service for a while now and its geared up to try and sell the upgrade. it only allows you to have three clients for the free version so if you want to send a new client an invoice you must delete a previous client to do so. i tried doing this today and even though i only have two clients it keeps coming up with an upgrade prompt. not happy with the very pushy way the upgrade is being forced on me and the fact my allowance has not been honoured.

this is the reply i got back from them.
Thank you for your recent contact form message. Our free InvoiceBerry accounts are limited to 3 active and 13 total (active and archived) clients. You currently have 13 total clients and therefore can't add any further clients to your free account.
We had to implement this limitation as we offer InvoiceBerry for free to very small businesses and freelancers while we are burdened with the costs of running the service. We hope that our invoicing solution is useful enough for your business for you to consider upgrading to our Solo plan.

i replied by telling them that i wasnt using the service for free as i was actually advertising for them on every invoice i sent (which is what happens for the free service)
not free for good. it will suddenly stop working unles you pay the ransom. none of this was mentioned in the q&a section or anywhere else i could find
Further update is invoiceberry have now contacted trustpilot and told them i have no account with them and my review is fake. This is really upsetting that a company would go so low just because i wrote an honest critical review. i have shown trust pilot my invoices that i have sent using invoiceberry and shown them emails from invoiceberry proving my point. i hope trustpilot have not been influenced and everyone can still read my experiences
Review of Collect+
lost the parcel they were delivering. no compensation and no reply at all to compensation claim since april. the driver left item outside because there was no reply and item went missing. steer clear customer service is useless
come on collect plus, i made a claim in april why have i heard nothing???
why am i not getting any replies on here??
