just an update from my last complaint about eurocarparts

i was contacted by euro carparts and even though they couldn't offer me a satisfactory explanation into why these things happened, they did offer me a £10 discount voucher for my next purchase. the only catch was i would have to phone her to use it. that is where the next issue arose. i was on hold for half an hour and even then when i finally got through i couldn't use it straight away because there was a delay in the system. i told them they
can keep the voucher as my time and life is worth a lot more than the hassle of trying to use the poxy £10 voucher :O(
i see now eurocarparts have reported me for telling the truth. trustpilot will do their review and find out i am a genuine upset customer. there is no limits to how low this company will go. to lie just to remove a valid review is disgusting. They are attempting again and again for any reason to get my review removed and silence genuine complaints. I am sure trust pilot want genuine reviews whether good or bad and if they started to remove bad reviews because of unethical behaviour like this that would affect their reputation.

bought some brake calipers and got…

bought some brake calipers and got charged surcharge because they were on exchange bases. reserved online and it said the surcharge was £47.98. when i went to pick them up they suddenly put the surcharge up to £95.98 which is out of order as i showed them my click and collect email showing to the contrary. to make things even worse when i returned my exchange calipers they said they couldn't refund me surcharge amount until head office authorised it. i was told could take upto 5 hours. this is totally unacceptable. they should charge the amount agreed at the time of click and collect and i should not be expected to go into the branch so many times for no good reason

Very poor, claimed to leave in a safe place but parcel was no where to be found. As far as I'm concerned I got scammed by their delivery driver. Customer services impossible to contact

Wrong stock showing on web page

Wrong stock showing on web page, no one answers phone to check. drove around for three hours looking for laminate floor to finish job but gave up in the end. Slough nil stock but show 7, reading nil stock showing 8 Farnborough nil stock showing 8. Staff unhelpful and managers totally useless

Very poor service. Item described incorrectly meant I had to return but seller wanted to hit me with deductions at every opportunity and would not take responsibility for his own mistake. Luckily I paid through PayPal and they judged the case I'm my favour

Bought an E30 rear trailing arm…

Bought an E30 rear trailing arm strengthening kit. Got it welded exactly like they show in the pics, got it powder coated and it wouldn't fit because it hits the petrol filler pipe. Contacted them on numerous occasions but they will not respond. Be warned this Mickey mouse outfit cost me Hundreds

order number WEB-0000000283153569 phoned bethany 6/6/18 @ 13.15.52pm to discuss changing my tariff and order a new sim and she told me i couldnt and would have to cancel and start again as it was a web offer. i explained i was in my cooling off period and it would make things difficult as i had already given the number out and got cards printed. whilst i was still talking, she not only cut me off the call mid conversation but she disconnected my line. i had to then go to web chat and rahul reconnected me and the michael from complaints dept resolved my issues no problem. Bethany was very unprofessional and rude but thankfully michael sorted the issues
