Very disappointed

Very disappointed. The courier claims they left my item “next to my bin” but when I got home, it wasn’t there. I contacted the seller and was basically told it’s not their problem and that I should sort it out myself. Really poor experience all round. I paid for the item and expected it to actually arrive, not to be left (or lost) somewhere outside my house.

On this occasion, I’ll accept the loss it was only a poxy £10 item but I won’t be using this vendor again.

The items I ordered never turned up and customer service was non-existent, I tried calling where the phone was answered and then I was just left hanging, listening to the background chatter. I was only able to resolve a refund after the hassle of going through credit card provider. They aren't worthy of any further comment other than absolutely appalling, do yourself a favour don't use

Very poor quality cheap looking car…

Very poor quality cheap looking car seat covers, that looked better in the pics. Asked to return them, but had to wait a long time for any answer to emails. Have sent them back with tracking details and the order details in the box, but they keep asking for tracking details, then order details, when i have already given them. Still waiting for a refund! Very poor customer service. Wouldn't use again.

Very poor service

Parcel not delivered by Evri. Company very slow to respond to email and eventually refunded the basic price but not the postage. They are obviously unaware of their responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I would advise against ordering from Xtreme

Delighted!

I read some of these reviews after I ordered a bottle of touch up paint for a tectonic silver ford and my heart sank..
That's what motivated me to come on and write a review.
Paint arrived to Cork in 5 days,
Perfect match and plenty of it.
Very happy, only thing that let's yas down a bit is emails, I was trying to find out a bit more info but got no replies to the email.

Don't waste your money

I bought their Heavy-duty Anti-theft wheel clamp for my second-hand dinghy trailer through Amazon. Within weeks, thieves simply bent back one of the arms to remove it, and the dinghy was stolen. Might be a visual deterrent, but from the security point of view it was useless.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Under no circumstances should you use this company!
My experience has been that they will not supply what you ordered, but an inferior product that is worth less than you paid.
I would have scored this company 0 if that had been an option!
They may, eventually, reply to your emails, but they will expect you to pay for the cost of any returns.
Their customer service is non-existent. Two weeks after my last email, no reply.
They appear to be totally incompetent (or worse).
I have never seen a company with such an awful rating on Trustpilot, multiple reports of costly failure!
AVOID!

Poor service

Poor service. Ordered caravan item on Ebay with two day delivery. It actually arrived a week later but it was the wrong model item that they had sent. Requested to return for full refund. Advised they had sent a return label but I couldn’t upload it so was told to contact Ebay as it was their problem. Ebay checked and said that they hadnt even sent the postage label.
Contacted them again and they then issued a Evri label so I returned the package with tracking. A week later still no confirmation or refund issued so I had to raise a case with Ebay who then issued my full refund.
There communication is very poor and we don’t care attitude.

I Bought some touch up paint from this…

I Bought some touch up paint from this company using my registration as they requested but when it arrived it was totally the wrong colour and when I contacted them they replied IT WILL DO. I then asked for a refund and they said no. WHAT BUNCH OF CLOWNS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Ordered an aqua roll with stand and…

Ordered an aqua roll with stand and tap. Had an email to say stand was not available and a refund would be sent for that part but rest would be sent out. Parcel arrived it was the aqua roll economy, not what I ordered. Rang them and was told they would check warehouse and phone me back, which they didn't. I rang again and was told the item was not in stock. I asked why they would advertise stock if they don't hold it. Wanted a full refund and requested a collection. Really poor customer service, seemed like they didn't care. Never using them again.

Better late than not at all

I ordered a replacement lid for an aquaroll but it didn’t arrive. When I contacted the company they said it had been delivered but the photo proof of delivery was not of my property or any of my very few near neighbours. When I told them this they sent and aerial photo of a no property more than a hundred miles from my home which they claimed was a match on GPS. I have ordered from elsewhere as they were so unhelpful

I have ordered RAC Beam Reflectors but…

I have ordered RAC Beam Reflectors but received Eurolites. I paid £3 for delivery which won't be refunded to me and I will need to pay for postage back which makes postage unfeasible as I will be losing £6 for postage.

Waiting 2 weeks for paint

Waiting 2 weeks and a day for paint, no reply in 5 days C.S

5 Emails, all ignored. Sunday through Friday.

Ordered before, all good. Had VAT receipt emailed, then no reply whatsoever to where is my order. This time a waste of time.

This time been ghosted across Monday to Friday emails. Came online to look at reviews and can see the problem

Unprofessional

Ordered and paid for a fuel pump showing in stock, paid extra for fast delivery. Recieved notice of posting around 25 hrs after ordering followed within a couple of hours by an email saying they had refunded me because it wasn't in stock. How can they take money for an item not in stock. How does it take more than 24hrs to realise its not in stock when it was supposed to be a quickly shipping item? Unprofessional
