We will not buy anything where there is a significant risk of returning because of quality. Chinese products are difficult to predict and are sometimes very good, but far too often of very poor quality. They could be a useful source of products, but Amazon's quality control needs to be much better. Amazon is no longer my default go-to. Shame!! !

Aosom, MH star, Temu? a simple purchase. I have no idea who to ask for customer service. Bought from TEMU, for a test of value and service. The seller stated on the Temu website to be "sold by AOSOM". Passed around like a parcel at a party A problem, followed by a total nightmare. Called AOSOM, was told it was TEMU. I called TEMU, was passed was passed to MHStar. Confusion and one whole day of pass the customer. MHStar called me - she was not interested and ended the call they made to me as arranged by TEMU. Will buy British if there is anyone left in the UK who knows what a customer is!

I wanted a Heat pump quote. I asked for proof. I Installed documents. Sent proof. I emailed to tell them again, and they replied that we didn't have a heat pump—another example of long telephone queues and one-sided arrogant, dismal customer service.

Nicki was, helpful, knowledgeable and was easy to talk to. A very pleasant conversation.
6 December update. No communication. Multiple phone calls + email to try to get delivery information DFS. Uninformed and misinformed staff, still trying to do their best. Chaotic management. Could be and should be a lot better than this nightmare experience.
11.12.2024. I have given up on this company. Just too much aggro, misinformation and just today the delivery update is another broken promise on delivery date. I was going to spend many thousands more but have cancelled this order and will never buy anything else from this company.
Review edit -- Called again last Friday - full refund promised for Monday today 16/12.promise not kept. Nightmare continues. I am still waiting for promised refund. What a dismal attempt at customer service. Cannot believe anything they say.
The nightmare continues. Received a call from a "manager" who said he had been with DFS for 16 years and promised that my long awaited refund would be sorted on Monday (yesterday 17. 12. 2024) called today another long queue so used their call back service. Was told by a very pleasant lady the refund would be paid in 12 days. Why do people work for or buy from these investment house owned corporate bullies.

Goods finally arrived - damaged. Absolutely dreadful customer service. Robotic staff - A 5 day nightmare.

Robot is their out of hours service. Delivery did not arrive. No information, No apology. No customer service. Useless robot out of hours response. Next day delivery now moved back another two days. Today 16/10 I was told by a disinterested junior employee at Freemans, the seller, it was not convenient for the manager to call me. Meetings are more important to them than customers.
What a dreadful experience. From Yesterday to Friday and according to them - that's OK.
