What a dismal attempt at customer service
Nicki was, helpful, knowledgeable and was easy to talk to. A very pleasant conversation.
6 December update. No communication. Multiple phone calls + email to try to get delivery information DFS. Uninformed and misinformed staff, still trying to do their best. Chaotic management. Could be and should be a lot better than this nightmare experience.
11.12.2024. I have given up on this company. Just too much aggro, misinformation and just today the delivery update is another broken promise on delivery date. I was going to spend many thousands more but have cancelled this order and will never buy anything else from this company.
Review edit -- Called again last Friday - full refund promised for Monday today 16/12.promise not kept. Nightmare continues. I am still waiting for promised refund. What a dismal attempt at customer service. Cannot believe anything they say.
The nightmare continues. Received a call from a "manager" who said he had been with DFS for 16 years and promised that my long awaited refund would be sorted on Monday (yesterday 17. 12. 2024) called today another long queue so used their call back service. Was told by a very pleasant lady the refund would be paid in 12 days. Why do people work for or buy from these investment house owned corporate bullies.
