Nuisance Spammers

I am fed up with unwanted calls from this outfit trying to sell me their plans.
their contact phone number goes unanswered.
I do not want anything to do with these spammers.

Their reply puts the onus on me to remove myself from their list that I did not know I was on - says it all really doesn't it.

invasive, troublesome, aggravation

troublesome, can't get rid of invasive iolo promotion notification popups. customer service not helpful.
wish I had never used their products.
Thank you for your reply. CS did not seem to grasp that I did not have an installation of system mechanic and so could not change the settings. called tech number only to be told after some many minutes that I had to call a different number. calling from the UK to the US, heavily distorted line. no uk number available, then rec'd an email with an install link so installed it to try the above. don't yet know if thet worked. Time consuming, confusing, aggravating as stated

Hi Tony, do you have SM currently installed? If not, Support can walk you through a thorough uninstall to make sure remnants aren't causing this. If so, in the dashboard, go to Settings at the top and scroll down to "Periodically display..." Uncheck the box. Also, why wasn't CS helpful? Were you in communication or unable to reach them? Did you submit a ticket at https://support.iolo.com/support/signup? Thanks, any info helps us do a better job as well as discover software bugs.

appalling customer service.

they had no problem taking my order and delivering the drain rods. they were poor quality for the price and faulty. they sent someone to collect them but did not send us a label so the postman would not accept them. we wouldn't have allowed the collection anyway. have now asked 4 times by email and on-site form, for a delivery label - all I get is an excuse about the current situation obviously from and autoresponder.
will not be using this company again - ever - and will advise my family to avoid them.

interest rates a total rip off

interest rates a total rip off in a time of very low rates. Kensington have securitised my mortgage at 5% and cannot change it and will not do anything about it.
suggest you investigate the worst effects of mortgage securitisation. that is what you will get.
have been battling Kensington for years about their interest rates. Kensington rejected ombudsman decision. their FCA fairer to older borrowers has had no effect on our interest rate. any undertaking or response and any information has to be wormed out of them. battle against Kensington still ongoing and I see no end. Ombudsman still dealing with this 4 years after complaint. Kensington are extremely difficult, uncommunicative and opaque. the very worst company I have ever encountered and I am 76. they may well be nice to you at first. do not go anywhere near this awful company.
strongly suggest you visit the mortgage prisoners Facebook page and see for yourself what the financial industry is doing to ordinary people.

Pleased to see Kensingtom mortgages has been taken over by Barclays Bank. We accepted the ombudsman's decision and after the expected messing about by Kensington settled with them for a five figure sum.

nowhere near merchantable quality

Utter Rubbish. Despite our best efforts to compensate for the awful quality of the materials by buying proper roofing felt instead of the paper thin felt supplied and use proper nails and screws to secure the panels instead of the cheap tacks provided. it was impossible to do anything other than complain to sheds.co.uk. they were unhelpful. trading standards will be informed today. thinking of buying a shed from here - don't risk it.

failed to supply interest rate…

failed to supply interest rate information to financial ombudsman even though this was the core of the complaint. waited in queue 8 minutes to chase march 1st. got promise that info will be sent. chased 4 march told info sent. ombudsman emailed me today to inform me of above failure. another long wait on hold to chase again. abysmal time consuming company. cannot understand why anyone would want to deal with them or waste their life working for this greedy abusive obstructive company. had to ask several times for customer service to ask their management to send requested information. this business does not deserve to exist!

kensington says they supplied ALL requested information. The financial ombudsman says they did not.

is kensington deliberately causing more obstruction and delay?

just put kensington mortgage complaints or just kensington mortgage into your web search box and see what you get.

after 11 years and £66,000 paid to them…

after 11 years and £66,000 paid to them in interest i am still wasting time trying to get any sense out of this odious company.
nothing but grief, grief and more grief.
i am 74 and a mortgage prisoner. in the finance industry where greed and self interest is endemic this company leads the way in the mistreatment of mortgage prisoners. no social conscience. no fairness, no interest in their customers other than extracting as much money as possible from them. avoid!!!!!

Time consuming, unreliable, frustrating, useless, broadband with terrible support.

The most unreliable broadband i have ever experienced.
Numerous calls to vodafone, often with up to 20 minutes or so wait each time. Numerous "chats" many times talking or chatting to someone who did not have any knowledge of anything relevant to my complaint or was not in the right department. only one chat line though - very odd. Many futile attempts to fix a service which still drops out randomly two to five times a day. supposed to be a business service. what a joke that is. ran out of patience and time to try to get it fixed so that it worked reliably. gave up and cancelled the service. my suspicion that it was a faulty router was ignored. exactly the same service worked almost perfectly from previous supplier. their chaotic billing and vodafone's lower price for their claimed business service was the reason for the move to vodafone. no change to anything except the router and we get annoying, frustrating broken service and clueless, script reading but always polite customer service agents; and shocking telephone wait times. i would give them 0 stars if i could. Their special business support line was answered by the consumer broadband agents with the same wait times. i could not find see any difference at all between their consumer and their business service.
Not what you expect or want from any business broadband supplier.

this company seems tobe a dropshipper…

this company seems to be a dropshipper for hartwood.
i bought a 6 x 8 shed from them for £262 + vat.
extremely poor quality. cheap, flimsy, ill fitting. gaps everywhere.
having spent the time to erect it i am currently trying to fix it
was offered a refund but did not want to go through the effort and trouble of dismantling.
very disappointed to have paid good money for this rubbish.
will build a shed around it to bring it up to an acceptable standard.
wish i had never bought from this company and will never do so again.

this outfit keeps overcharging on line rental. it takes my time to wait to talk to disinterested staff. refund applied. then next overcharge arrives.

my renewal contract was verbal. specifically the contract was renewed on the basis of £9.99 line rental and £10 for unlimited calls which at the time was competitive.

not only have you broken that agreement on line rental - you have also overcharged me on the calls package.

The was no mention of RPI nor would i have agreed to it.

i challenge you to produce the renewal call to prove the above.

to add insult to injury your customer service clerk told me that the absolute agreement to be able to cancel the calls package at anytime with 30 days notice was not the case.

clearly i cannot trust or believe anything you say.

i am stuck with you until march 2019.

a situation that you could choose to change by canceling the contract since we do not agree on the contract we have.

i have also tried to stop sales calls from titan now clear business

i just hope enough people choose to avoid you so that you cease trading

your dismal trustpilot reviews of 1 star per day for february 2018 is probably a record, but one of which you should be thoroughly ashamed.

but then you have a very long history of appallingly bad reviews so they probably don't bother you.

i just can't wait to be rid of you.

appalling chaotic contemptible customer service

ordered play mat and batteries - batteries arrived play mat didn't.

customer service is terrible 34th in queue on phone

utterly disgraceful contempt for customers.

delivery service seems to be chaotic

delivered by bibby - no not bibby despite "from" address on label
could be from dpd or dhl.

could be corby could be scunthorpe.

2 hours on phone to these companies – nobody seems to know the answer.

they have a depot in crick. no name on building - no contact number - shop staff dismissive and unhelpful.

total contempt for paying customers.

avoid!!!!
