I have investigated this, and it looks like your review is regarding the free fixings that were missing from your order. I can see my colleague offered a next day replacement for this which was declined as you had already purchased replacement fixings yourself.
You requested a refund for the amount of the replacements you purchased so we requested an invoice to show the cost of this, however, we received no response. We would be happy to resolve this for you asap if you are able to send us a copy of the invoice as requested.
We did not receive any prior feedback from you regarding the quality of the product so we would be happy to discuss this in more detail with you if you feel that would be beneficial.
