What a special experience! I visited Bradleys at 12 Market Row to ask whether it was possible to clean some family jewellery pieces. The ladies (and Westie, Ernie!) were an absolute delight, more than happy to help & provided kindness, care, knowledge and an outstanding service. They wouldn’t take any payment, despite offering.
