Exceptional customer service when needed

Having used Xero for our accounts for the last 5 years it seemed a natural progression to use their Payroll facility at the appropriate time. It wasn't anything like the software I had been using and when I reached out to Xero for help they answered by offering a phone call at a time I chose, where I shared my screen and Harry's expertise came into play. Exceptional customer service.

We we were recommended to Standford Gould by our accountant for a contract issue with a supplier.
Heather listened, asked for relevant emails etc and advised our next course of action.
This resulted in not only a full credit but an apology from the their MD for the distress caused.
Professional and affordable for a small family company such as ours.
