I booked a room over the phone with this third party Booker. They will tell you there is no one you can speak directly too at the hotel nor is there anyone at their front desk therefore you must go through them. That's a lie. 
Upon my arrival at my hotel I was told, by the girl at the front desk, that she could see my reservation in her system but they had not loaded the credit card they provided with any money. Therefore my room was still unpaid. 
I was told I was more than welcome to wait in the lobby but sometimes it could be hours before they received funds.....

The manager of hotel said I could pay them directly right then and there and ask for a refund from super.com. 
Sounds easy enough right..... I always use PayPal for these type of bookings but from now on but will be using my bank. 
PP said that super.com had performed its duty as a third party Booker and closed my case. 

Corporate office of hotel said they had sent the money back to super.com as I had paid for the room using another card when I was in the lobby. 
Super.com finally looked through their records and agreed they owed me my money back and to keep a lookout for a refund. This was the middle of August. 
So far no refund. The original booking was the first week of march. 8 months of chasing these people down for $103 refund is absolutely insane. 

The rates at the hotel were cheaper than the rates advertised using this third party booker. 

Don't be fooled by the shady tactics used by their booking agents over the phone
