UK based support is fantastic

I had a long running problem with payroll (client caused it) and the support team have been brilliant, so patient and thorough, I have been very impressed. I already knew that Xero was the best accounting software on the market, I have been using it for over 10 years, but previously the support took a long time - I think it was based in NZ. Now they have UK based support who can ring you back (and they do) and screen share - its a game changer.

Absolutely love this

At last laundry detergent that ticks all of the boxes. Firstly the scents - oh my goodness! My clothes smell gorgeous - I’m loving Oud at the moment but have also tried Duvet Day, Aurora and Odyssey and it’s hard to pick a favourite.
It’s not just about the scent though, their eco credentials are great, it’s cruelty free and as a bonus looks great on the shelf. I’ve just started using the stain remover and it’s very effective. As a bonus their customer service is exemplary. I’m very evangelical about this brand and am persuading all my friends to try it - they think I’m on commission but sadly that’s not the case!

Perfect fit shutter blind

Easy to order. I did have a problem with the clips (my fault, I measured incorrectly) but customer service was exceptional and I received the new clips the next day. The finished product looks amazing. Very pleased.

My new laptop arrived today

My new laptop arrived today - Dell Latitude7480. It's beautiful, looks brand new and is exactly as described - if not better. In my eagerness to get playing I ignored the paperwork, dived straight in and got stuck on activating Windows. Rang the company and a lovely member of staff explained what i needed to do. Top tip - the paperwork they send is very clear and well explained so don't do what I did and ignore it. Given that we are in lockdown I am impressed with the speed of delivery (3 days) and the customer service. So far so good.
