I have been using Webhostpython.com hosting website for over 8 years and I am very satisfied with their service. The speed is fast, the pricing is affordable, and the support is quick and helpful. The best part is their quick support as they even help in resolving any issues encountered on the websites which I think no other hosting companies will ever provide. WebHostPython is honestly the best paid…

WebHostPython is honestly the best paid hosting I have ever had and I have been with them for 3 years now. The support also can't be beat, and if I have an issue (which is rare) they get back to me and fix it within minutes. The prices are also great for what I need and I have quite a bit of sites. Their uptime is great and the servers are fast. 5 stars.

Cheap hosting, but crappy customer support

Their hosting packages are cheap and include lots of features, so it looks good up front. Unfortunately, their customer support personnel seem either inept or unwilling to help customers with bigger issues. I've used 3 different webhosts before WebHostPython, and I have had 10x MORE support tickets in to fix things. Now, they're just placing support tickets on hold without answering them, on top of not answering their phones. It's like their customer support all just vanished. I've tried calling every day for over 7 days. I've had tickets waiting over a week, and they're simply placed on hold without responses. Even after I update the ticket to keep it open, they simply place them on hold again, still without a single word in reply. I would avoid this webhost.

Absolutely Stellar customer…

Absolutely Stellar customer satisfaction. They have never let me down. Each time I have a question or issue I can't resolve on my own, their team is so super speedy and knowledgable. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

James, the owner is a human. He is very kind and goes well above and beyond to help us customers. Shane is the genius of the team. He knows everything and a little bit more. Others are great too.

It feels family, not just a business partnership.

WAY Better Than WPX & Cloudways!!

I was at Cloudways before, who just sucked... A trusted friend and fellow SEO recommended there guys... WHP have gone above and beyond for me, and I wince to ask help so often, because I really do try to be self sufficient, but I got overwhelmed on a big move with almost 60 sites, and other pressures of my fledgling business, and they made things much easier for me, migrating all my sites over, flawlessly. And, if any issues, they fixed all of them! Truly appreciate WHP. And, damn it, I hope to be able to send a PayPal to corporate and somehow send the support team a Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks card! Great, amazing people. I have owned businesses in my life, and I know how hard it is to please clients (especially the thankless a-holes shown here in these negative reviews, who were clearly being a-holes - UGH), and how much it costs to maintain profitability. I have NO hesitations in promoting them and all their services, FAR ahead of WPX and Cloudways, and even Siteground... Message me on how to start off with a special offer of the month, such as possibly FREE Migration of all your websites over to them..

Good servers, lousy customer relations

Was with WHP for about two years before they decided one day to arbitrarily suspend my entire server because they thought I had "retaliated" against them due to the fact that there was an issue with an email from one of my clients. They never investigated the issue, never gave me a chance to respond, and corresponded with me in a VERY unprofessional way.

We are very sorry that your long two year tenure here has come to an end over something that should have never occurred. We received several spam complaints from Microsoft that originated from you. We notified you of those complaints and asked if you would please resolve the issue or pass this information on to your client because spam complaints about our servers severely hurt other customers on the server that want to send emails and count on reliable deliverability.

Two days after this, we noticed Microsoft then sent us complaints that we were now spamming ourselves - a hotmail user who coincidentally belonged to Bryan Gilchrist. We asked that he please not do this, especially after being here for so long and understanding the impact this would have on our business and after having already explained what those complaints do to a server. On that reply email, he did the same thing again - Complained that our email was spam, this time directly hurting our own email server reputation. And at that point, we were forced to disable this user and ask that he please find another web host. In that last email as well, he did the same thing again as if to hurt our business in retaliation.

It is very unfortunate that after having attempted to hurt our business with the above retaliatory actions, he then continues that mission by hurting our reputation here on Trust Pilot - A reputation we have worked so hard to protect for so many years.

I do wish you the best Bryan and hope that you're able to get passed those types of retaliatory actions. It's not just wrong, it's unhealthy. When you hurt people, or a business, understand that they are real people and a real business you are hurting.

We've taken so much pride in being one of the very few US based web hosting companies that pays for in house support, high end equipment, and high end services at a time when companies are cutting back. Actions such as this serve only one purpose and that is to hurt those that work hard in protecting their brand. Thank you

Without a doubt

Without a doubt, one of the best hosting sites that I have tried, the support, it answered me in less than 30 minutes, in the majority it was less than 10 minutes, the speed was pretty good, and the prices are not bad, in the future I will definitely hire their services again, I've been testing host for years and this one gets 5 stars

100% Trustworthy

I have been using their VPS servers for some of our websites and some clients for almost three years now.
Being in the web development field for over 14 years, I have seen and tried at least 100 top web hosting services. Out of them, I found Webhostpython to be the best in terms of support, infrastructure and reliability.

The support team is very friendly and knowledgable. They proactively work to keep our infra optimised and secure. They do not deceptively try to push you to upgrade or buy more from them. They recommend the best solutions for our requirement even if they do not sell them directly and always support us like an extended team.

I migrated over to webhostpython after…

I migrated over to webhostpython after I found that my previous hosting company was very bad ,but webhostpython is Great hosting site with excellent prices. I have been using webhostpython.com 06/03/2016 now and have had a great experience with using Wordpress and associated plugins and themes. I am building 5 websites and if I have had any questions, they have been there to help and resolve the issue. You are always made aware of updates to plugins and they notify you of new and upcoming changes before they happen. I have been very pleased with all aspects of their hosting services.I have never had an issue with down-time, slow page loads, etc., so I have been very pleased. ,always Help to customers, quick answer and quickly fix any service Problems,Specially Thanks to James , He is the always do Help my Problems,

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Webhostpython! They have been incredible since day one of working together (About 2-3 years ago) and as a small business, have far exceeded the level of performance and customer service any big box company could come close to providing. The team always goes above and beyond anytime I ask for something. Other companies like GoDaddy will make you wait on hold and then be greeted by an untrained rep who's sole job is just to try to sell you more crap. If you're looking to support a small but mighty business, please give Webhostpython a try! I assure you, you won't regret it.

I just started my web hosting company

I just started my web hosting company. From August 2019 until now they give a excellent services for me. They have unlimited cpanel accounts when others companies not. Highly resource like what they has promoted in their website. The support are amazing fast just about 1-3 hours responses.

Updated their cpanel arent unlimited again. It was counted from 50 to 100. Fine for that its still cheap :)

Awesome Experience!!

I've been with Webhostpython for over a year now and I'm impressed with the level of customer support, quality service, and affordable prices (fixed pricing).

Customer support is a very important factor in hosting companies and I can easily say no other hosting company is matching the level of support and dedication these guys put in for you. They have always been there, whenever and whatever I needed help with.

The service has been amazing so far and I hope it will stay the same! I totally recommend Webhostpython.

They don't even fluff you up on the honeymoon.

Was referred by a trusted friend. But my experience so far has been very different.

Right off the bat these guys have been extremely lazy. The first thing I noticed is that their "24/7 live support" does not actually exist. It's all a ticket system, yet they still advertise live chat support.

Prior to requesting migration, I spend 8 hours configuring my websites to make it easy on them and even asked them for the best practices and offered to migrate the sites myself, since I insisted they be done one by one (for many, many reasons).

Instead, they just migrated my entire hosting account in one shot, which is exactly what I did not want (for many, many reasons) and then they tell me "yeah, just delete anything you don't want".

Definitely regretting this so far. They refunded. Moving on.

It is unfortunate that Mr. Michael Cocchini was unhappy with our services. Shortly after signing up and asking for migration assistance, we began the migration process for him using the 'generate full backup' method of his old provider so that we could ensure all of his accounts were properly migrated over. Once the data was on our servers, we would then begin splintering them off for him or removing data he did not want.

This is to ensure all databases, all database users, database privileges, etc, are migrated over in 1:1 fashion. This was not our team being 'lazy', this was us ensuring that our new customer would be properly taken care of. He offered to migrate the accounts himself as mentioned in his review here, we declined and offered to do it for him as this is something we do on a daily basis for our customers.

Before giving us time to explain our process, he got belligerent, condescending, and unfortunately quite ugly. At this point, when he told us we had 'one more shot to persuade him to stay and not thrash us on the internet', we felt it was best he leave even knowing we would have to deal with the fallout.

We have never offered or claimed to offer 24/7 live chat support. We have a very, very proud and honest team that is manned 24/7 and offering quality support. I believe he may be mistaken with "24/7 live support" as meaning "live chat".

This unfortunately was just one of those situations where nothing we did would have made him happy, and to be frank, Mr. Michael Cocchini was not the type of customer we could keep, and subject ourselves to his verbal abuse. Had it not been for that, I believe we would have been able to make him happy here because we truly, truly do everything in our power to deliver an exceptional experience.
