Problem Resolved via Chat Online

I was in a panic thinking that I hadn't renewed one of our business domain names and was having trouble logging in which was frustrating. But I was quickly supported by Melbourne IT's web chat. They resolved my issues regarding the domain name by directing me to the correct account page and information. Intan was very responsive and super helpful!!

Good Customer Service

I am not very computer savvy. So when there was an issue with our emails, I went straight to the chat icon on MelbIT's site and ended up chatting to Intan. He was patient and helpful and let me know if his response was going to take a little while he took the time to look into our email issues. His communication was excellent and he answered all my questions clearly. Intan's customer service was very good and I appreciated his patience with me.

SSL and DNS issue

I had a SSL and DNS issue on my business website with a third-party that took several weeks to diagnose. Melbourne IT were extremely prompt and super helpful and solved my issue very quickly in the end. I'm extremely happy with their service. Their support person Novri P. was an absolute star! Dear Melbourne IT,

I have been a loyal customer of Melbourne IT for over 15 years and have consistently paid $99 per month for my email hosting service. Until recently, my plan included the ability to create email addresses for my staff as needed.

I was surprised and disappointed to be told that I am now on a “legacy plan” that no longer allows this, and that I would have to purchase a new plan to retain functionality I have already been paying for. This feels unfair and amounts to reducing the services I have been contractually paying for over many years.

I request that Melbourne IT honour the services that have been included in my plan to date, or provide a clear explanation as to why these services have been withdrawn despite ongoing payment. If this matter cannot be resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint further.

I trust you will address this promptly.
