I had two different people help me out and both were very patient with me and gave me great information to begin working out how to manage my site. Whilst not all my issues were resolved, I realized I need to wait for other systems to update first before continuing. I certainly will be using support again. While the portal can be more streamlined and issues made more visible to the subscriber when it comes to domain transfers, in my case why a transfer was stuck and what would it take to move ahead (which would reduce the stress on live chat agents), my experience with Webcentral live chat is awesome. Knowledgeable, helpful, to the point and kind. Today's thank you goes to Kadek Merta.
It is also great that while the chat session started out with an AI bot, it quickly realized it has reached its limits and passed me on to a real human being without spinning me around pointlessly.

Start reducing current service to encourage me to move to a more expensive service.

Unfortunately can't leave no stars. All was good with Netregistry for over 15 years until Webcentral got involved. No communication about the takeover from either. Passwords and information gone with the takeover. No communication regarding blocking server. Their so called 24/7 support is not based in Australia and provide little to no help. Ticketing queries are slow and preformatted text.
