been with them for 5 years. so amazed, even after ownership changed. customer service is incredible. I ask them for website help when I'm confused about something and they help me right away...I don't even think they're supposed to help with that front end stuff but they do. Very knowledgeable and willing to solve problems!

Responsive support

It was Sunday evening and our company email was not working, and Novri with Webhostpython was super to work with me on it. It is this level of support that solidifies our confidence in our hosting partner, Webhostpython!

The hosting I am using since I started working online

Utterly unprofessional

We are a tier-1 contractor whose entire business grinds to a halt when our email stops. Yet over the past five days, our VPS host has:

Left us without IMAP mail access for five full days, despite staff in multiple locations relying on it for essential communication.

Failed to execute their own fallback plan—a replacement server or live-migration—despite offering it to us over 24 hours ago, we needed to indicate whether we accept this offer or not. This should have been actioned from their end within a reasonable time of let's say 12-24 hours.

Offered only vague excuses (“virtualizer issue”) with no technical detail, milestones, or restoration timeline.

Every additional hour of downtime costs us lost opportunities, damaged reputation, and jeopardises future contracts. Their unwillingness to communicate—never mind prioritise our urgent needs—has been utterly unprofessional.

Warning to potential customers: if your business depends on reliable, always-on email or VPS service, look elsewhere. This provider lacks the processes, transparency, and sense of urgency required to keep your operations running.

I had an issue that nobody could solve…

I had an issue that nobody could solve for over two weeks. It was incredibly frustrating. Then, Akhlak K, an agent, came to help and solved everything. It was simple AMAZING!!! The problem was solved in a matter of an hour. Then another problem came up, and Akhlak fixed the issue as quickly as the previous one. This is the single most terrific support agent I have ever met. Kind, patient, and very, very accomplished at fixing problems...quickly and satisfactorily. Thank you so much Ahklak... I hope they give you a massive raise as you do an Incredible job.

My really bad question...

I've been a WebHostPython customer for several years and have come to know the Support is 5-Star (and fast). Even so, I inadvertently put them to the test when I asked an important question in a big hurry. The result was a rambling multi-part question on a techie subject. The response from Novri was detailed in very understandable terms and broken into several parts that perfectly addressed my rambling. Hosting without this level of support would be a waste of money.
