Was with WHP for about two years before they decided one day to arbitrarily suspend my entire server because they thought I had "retaliated" against them due to the fact that there was an issue with an email from one of my clients. They never investigated the issue, never gave me a chance to respond, and corresponded with me in a VERY unprofessional way.

We are very sorry that your long two year tenure here has come to an end over something that should have never occurred. We received several spam complaints from Microsoft that originated from you. We notified you of those complaints and asked if you would please resolve the issue or pass this information on to your client because spam complaints about our servers severely hurt other customers on the server that want to send emails and count on reliable deliverability.
Two days after this, we noticed Microsoft then sent us complaints that we were now spamming ourselves - a hotmail user who coincidentally belonged to Bryan Gilchrist. We asked that he please not do this, especially after being here for so long and understanding the impact this would have on our business and after having already explained what those complaints do to a server. On that reply email, he did the same thing again - Complained that our email was spam, this time directly hurting our own email server reputation. And at that point, we were forced to disable this user and ask that he please find another web host. In that last email as well, he did the same thing again as if to hurt our business in retaliation.
It is very unfortunate that after having attempted to hurt our business with the above retaliatory actions, he then continues that mission by hurting our reputation here on Trust Pilot - A reputation we have worked so hard to protect for so many years.
I do wish you the best Bryan and hope that you're able to get passed those types of retaliatory actions. It's not just wrong, it's unhealthy. When you hurt people, or a business, understand that they are real people and a real business you are hurting.
We've taken so much pride in being one of the very few US based web hosting companies that pays for in house support, high end equipment, and high end services at a time when companies are cutting back. Actions such as this serve only one purpose and that is to hurt those that work hard in protecting their brand. Thank you
