I have been with Webhostpython for over 5 years! their customer service is amazing and their price is competitive! The reason I am giving it a 2 stars is because, recently, they changed to Upmind and I wish they didn't do that! because since they have made the change the system is slow and has made the process of purchasing the domain and the hosting harder as you have to do that in two different transactions.

Luis R was great and pointed me in the right direction and help me until we figured everything out.

Personally I have been with webhostpython now for 2 years and some (when I left before and I've been with them already) and after travelling the web in search of a good host, I'd say it's the best.
Accomodating, fast servers and in general great and quick support.
I appreciate very much when you can work easily and kindly with people.

Support is excellent. Some features such as web socket and celery are not supported, at least not on the plan I have.

I would say my sites are up 99.9% off the time and the one time they got right on it and was back up in no time. They are quick to respond to tickets and my sites always run smoothly.
