If I could give them minus stars I…

If I could give them minus stars I would! I placed an order for a gift for my son on the 13th December. Their online store said it would be delivered by the 23rd of December. It was only delivered today (12th Jan). Not only did they ruin my 2yr old sons xmas but their customer service is horrendous. You wait 48h for a response (this is their standard response time) - if you even get a response at all.
The final cherry on top is that the set I ordered arrived minus the ball pit. So now I have had to email them once again since only half my order was delivered (a month later). This is a joke of an online store - do not waste your time or money here. Go through a reputable online store like Worten or Amazon Spain.

Their system errors out on the shipping…

Their system errors out on the shipping address and now they cant cacel the order or correct the shipping address. What kind of company cant correct a shipping address or cancel an order?! Basically on out my money for the order and there is nothing they can do.
Hope someone at that random address likes the toys I bought them. Was supposed to go to a toy drive at work.
They deserve the bankruptcy they are going through. Good riddance.

As an adult

As an adult, Toys R Us was the only toy shop I felt comfortable buying Lego in as the industrial warehouse size of some of its locations provided me relief from both the terrible claustrophobia I experience daily and the painful feeling of being unable to experience the halcyon days of being a 6 year old with the future career goal of being a crocodile.

Toys R Us holds many memories for my…

Toys R Us holds many memories for my family. We were lucky enough to live close to a store and I enjoyed taking my kids there to explore. Birthdays were exciting when tbey got to choose their gift, hear a birthday announcement over tbe intercom and receive a personal birthday phone call from Geoffrey himself!

I ved send an e-mail to cancel my order and guess what! I m getting the same order I ved canceled!
Really bad kunde service!

Thank you for your review.

We can try to cancel an order but often it is not possible because it has already been handled and packed at the warehouse. In that case, if you regret a purchase you can always return the items to us and get your money back. Either by returning them to your nearest store or by sending them back to us with the prepaid return label.

Frustrating system that makes no sense to customers

I really don't understand why they do not have amount of products displayed on their web-page(???). I think most web-pages do, you'd think that big company such as TOYS "R" US would be able to show their customers how many products they got in their stores on their main page, but no. If you decide to make a purchase in a specific store, for some unimaginable reason they will send the product from another store on the other side of Denmark EVEN if the product exists already in their store(???).

This just happened to me, I ordered something online, but out of curiosity I decided to have a look in the store in Esbjerg when I was making errands in the vicinity and guess what, the product was clearly there, but what I had ordered online was being sent from a different store, and the clerk did not allow me to just pay for the product there, no no, I had to wait for what I ordered online to arrive to the store. This makes zero sense to me in my mind and isn't very customer friendly, plus the service could be a bit better. I cannot for the life of me wrap my head around a silly system like this, but I hope you see my comment as a feedback and not nagging, but I have learned my lesson, I won't make the same mistake twice.

None of this would've happened if the web-page would just be able to show how many products they have in a specific store...

PS: Wrote it in English because my Dannish sucks. :)

For her hos TOYS"R"US sætter vi stor pris på vores kunders ris og ros, så vi netop kan blive endnu bedre til at gøre det, vi elsker allermest: at sælge legetøj.

Faktisk, er der ikke noget, vi hellere vil, end at gøre netop det. Af samme årsag. får vi dagligt produkter leveret til vores lager og butikker, så vi netop får genopfyldt mange af de varer, som skulle være blevet udsolgt.

For at give dig den bedst mulige online shoppingoplevelse har vi lanceret en spritny webbutik med et flertal af forbedringer, så som bedre hastighed, forbedret søgning, lettere checkout og meget mere.
Vi kan se at der endnu er plads til forbedringer for fremtiden for at sikre en endnu bedre service for vores kunder.

Fast and efficient service

Ordered a Star Wars lego kit on-line for stores pick up. Got a rapid mobile response within 20mins to say available for pick up. Picked up an hour later. Would have given 5 stars but had to correct them on the price quoted, Toys R us said £104.99 but web said £94.99, they rapidly corrected price to WEB price. Pleasant counter staff, quick service even though store was packed.

Kan ikke betale på jeres hjemmeside!

Forsøger at bestille på jeres hjemmeside og jeg når da også frem til betaling. Her udfylder jeg mine data, men så kommer jeg heller ikke videre. Når alle felter er udfyldt og jeg trykker mig videre, så slettes alle data og jeg ryger tilbage til start. Nu gider jeg ikke at bruge mere tid på at spare penge. Det er bare SÅ dårligt!

Not Sure

Toys R Us is a wonderful place! I love that they Price match and always have a wide variety and selection of merchandise, but honestly some one some where needs to come up with a better training orentation or tell the employees to at least have common courtesy. I've been to toys r us and babies r us at least 75 times in the past 2 1/2 years and I can count on one hand how many times I was greeted or offered help. Literally almost every time no hello, welcome or thank you! Nothing! Way to make your customers feel unwelcome! My last experience was a rotten one and ever sense I have not been back not sure if I ever will but if I do I hope someone comes up with a game plan on how to make your employees more friendlier and teach them how to make customers feel valued!
