Goods just arrived in discusting condition and just dumped in front garden and again they used the excuse that no house number was quoted which is a lie

We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us. Unfortunately, a house number wasn't stated for the delivery address which made it difficult for the courier to successfully deliver your order. There was some delay in getting back to you as we aren't open over weekends and there was a bank holiday on Friday. A member of our team has contacted you to try and confirm the house number but has been unsuccessful in doing so. We can assure you that we aren't fraudsters and many of our customers can vouch for us.

DONT USE TESCO STREATHAM

Just used Tesco Streatham and when I got home I found the Pepsi Cola I bought had expired LAST YEAR. Absolutely disgusting attempt to get rid of very old stock. I binned it as I was not going to wait twenty mins in a queue just to return it and get my money back. DONT USE THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY

Now an X Tesco customer

I have used tesco for years (40 at least). Not any more, the quality of its produce is now either bad or very bad. Don't buy their prepacked potatoes they are mostly bad after peeling and contain hidden black parts which are not apparent until peeling. Ordered a Christmas delivery and apparently they had no rashers of bacon available. I did not request a replacement item because last time they replaced goose fat with a puff pastry, which has got to be sarcasm on their part.

Damaged before being dispatched

Ordered four watering planters two were damaged before being dispatched. It was obvious whoever packed them in the boxes caused this damage and must have known it.
Coopers got in touch and agreeded to replace the planters

WEB service useless

Also got an email yesterday as per the previous one star review asking me to access my account but eventually got a message saying login invalid wrong username or password although I had not changed them.( and I have my passwords auto stored on laptop!) Used the link (twice) to get email password reset but did not get an email from Engie.So unable to see what Engie is attempting to tell me. Shocking service from them

Never again

Having used booking.com for at least 8 years, I was disgusted to get two cancellations in a few days, then getting emails informing me I had cancelled not them.
No explaination just booking cancelled, Will now use a different website in future. Suggest something is going very badly wrong with this company and urge you avoid them

Never again will I buy a Garmin product

Tried to update my NUVI after it tried to send me right round Wales when I asked to go from Fishguard to St Clears a distance of approx 20miles.
Having waited over 1.5 hours for the new mapping to load, it just said unable to update and it has now totally trashed and removed the old map so device is now totally unusable. Don't touch them with a bargepole

After seeing the bad reviews I was apprehensive using this company…

After seeing the bad reviews I was dreading the arrival of the technician to replace my windscreen. In fact I was hoping he might not turn up, which would have given me reason to cancel the appointment and book a different company. Well he did turn up on time so I was committed to the replacement. In fact he was very professional and expertly completed the job. I had agreed to replacement windscreen wipers, but the company could not get these. and immediately arranged a refund for these. Because of the negative reviews, after the half hour wait for the windscreen sealant to harden I inspected and sprayed water to test for any leaks. It was perfect.

Never arrived, if I had known they were using Hermes for delivery I would never have used them. Had very bad experience with that company "losing" my deliveries before and will now only shop with stores that use a reliable carrier.

Fast and efficient service

Ordered a Star Wars lego kit on-line for stores pick up. Got a rapid mobile response within 20mins to say available for pick up. Picked up an hour later. Would have given 5 stars but had to correct them on the price quoted, Toys R us said £104.99 but web said £94.99, they rapidly corrected price to WEB price. Pleasant counter staff, quick service even though store was packed.

Item appears to have disappeared in transit

Ordered item on 19 Nov, with 5 days max delivery. Hermes Parcel tracking stopped "23/11/2017 05:59 On its way to the courier" no further update on 25th. Contacted John Lewis customer service who said it's out for delivery today. Asked why tracking info said nothing, then asked to wait while they contacted Hermes. Then told courier appears to have lost the parcel, so why try to fob me off with it's being delivered today!. Not acceptable to be lied too. So canceled order and reordered via xxxxxx at same price. Will not attempt John Lewis again Amended because John Lewis complained that I had mentioned a rival store. What's the matter with these snowdrops!.

Yet again important items of mail fail to arrive from Prentice Road office. This is a regular occurrence and surprise, surprise, it's only items likely to hold credit cards etc or important documents that go missing.
I now suspect there is something very wrong with this office

Try not to use this company if at all possible

My daughter got an online message saying parcel delivered in "safe place" at 7:15 pm last night. Completely false as no-one came near the house which is covered by CCTV. Daughter flagged item as possibly stolen but this afternoon a man appeared holding the parcel, when I said it was reported delivered yesterday he just said he was running late yesterday and could not deliver it. So why say you left it, he just shrugged his shoulders and would not respond. DON'T USE THIS BUNCH

Got a lying text to say left in "safe place" …

Got a text to say left in "safe place" but no one came near the house which is covered by cctv. Luckily the woman 4 houses down the road said someone put a "We're sorry we missed you" even though she had also been in all day. It was my parcel clearly labeled with correct address left on the path.
Don't trust this firm one bit as this is a regular occurrence in this area.

Rubbish service paid for next day …

Rubbish service paid for next day delivery. but tracking showed the parcel had been out for delivery then returned to depot for no apparent reason. Contact Parcelforce via their (premium rate) phone only to be told "there must have been a reason for returning to depot but they had no idea why.
When I said I wanted a refund the response was we do not automatically do this I must write requesting a refund but Parcelforce has multiple reasons to reject such request. Don't ever use them if possible
