Toys R Us is a wonderful place! I love that they Price match and always have a wide variety and selection of merchandise, but honestly some one some where needs to come up with a better training orentation or tell the employees to at least have common courtesy. I've been to toys r us and babies r us at least 75 times in the past 2 1/2 years and I can count on one hand how many times I was greeted or offered help. Literally almost every time no hello, welcome or thank you! Nothing! Way to make your customers feel unwelcome! My last experience was a rotten one and ever sense I have not been back not sure if I ever will but if I do I hope someone comes up with a game plan on how to make your employees more friendlier and teach them how to make customers feel valued!

Hmm where can I start. I love shopping with fingerhut but their customer service is horrid. Makes me think twice about if they even want my business. I had one issue when I first started ordering and called in to try and resolve it and was treated terrible and the agent wanted nothing to do with helping me, it was like I was bothering her! It is a great site to shop and their product are great but avoid the customer service department because they will make you feel as though you don't matter to their company.
