Damaged goods and terrible service
On 22 July, I ordered a cake for my friend’s gender reveal from this business. When they delivered it, the cake was damaged, so you could clearly see the gender. The surprise was completely ruined.
I immediately complained, but from that moment until today (8 August), it’s been a nightmare. I’ve followed up again and again. When they do respond, it’s either rude, short, or dismissive — and often, they don’t respond at all.
There’s been no regard for customer satisfaction. They’re withholding a refund for such a small amount of money — you’d think I was asking for a million euros. The way they’ve treated this situation has been disgusting and shows exactly how little they value their customers. Honestly, it feels like they must be going through tough times if they think this is acceptable.
Definitely not the kind of business I’d ever recommend.
***Update*** Chef Panda keeps saying their finance team is handling this. It’s now the 23rd August - a month later and still no refund. Please stop pretending to value your customers. Your company is a scam and a disaster!
