Very misleading.

I bought sky broadband a few weeks ago and it drops out intermittently. Most days no service at all. There is no way in hell of contacting anyone about this, and the sky ID platform is clunky and doesn’t work or send reset passers messages. It’s geared so that you can’t reach anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I don’t want to comment on the price or reliability of the trains today. But I do want to mention a person named Kim, who works on the commuter train from Wiltshire into Bath in the morning. Kim always gives you a smile, no matter how busy her day is. I’ve seen her many times going the extra mile for someone who may have lost thier way or boarded the wrong train. She is friendly, patient and brightens my day (and many others) whenever she’s around.
We need more Kim’s on the trains and in the world.

I got some made with my baby girls face on them, and they made everyone giggle.

Flying with tui was a positive experience. Warm, friendly staff made flying with our 3 month old stress free, by going the extra mile. The pilot gave us interesting and detailed info about the flight, and I will be using them again :)

We found the mixed feeding class so helpful and learnt a lot!
Our teacher, Megan was lovely, and even stayed on to chat with us at the end and answer our (many) questions. She was very knowledgable and busted plenty of myths around feeding. Highly recommend!

Great design but poor quality. Looks and feels like it’s been printed on someone’s home PC. What a shame, I won’t be using them again.

Lovely maternity joggers! Feel like great quality. It’s nice to have other options other than floral everything. The customer service was excellent too.

Terrible!
I ordered a professional microphone which never arrived. Instead they sent a copy of ‘spare’, the prince’s biography.
When I returned this unwanted item they took back the money they had refunded me, saying I had returned the wrong item to them. I am now £95 down due to their stupidity and lack of customer service.

Brilliant deodorant keeps me smelling amazing all day, and doesn’t build up on my clothes like past antiperspirants did.
Love that it’s all natural and no nasties going into the skin. Friendly service too!

Safestyle called to arrange a quote for my property, but refused to come out and measure unless my husband was present. He works away, and when I asked why they couldn’t come and quote to me like every other tradesperson I had used, they said it was ‘for equality’. I’m just wondering how refusing to serve a woman without her spouse present is treating me equally. I won’t be using this company.

Although there were issues with their website that day I spoke with Lee over the phone and he quickly created my order and had it dispatched with free next day delivery.
The tiles are amazing quality, so I rate this company very highly.

Excellent service! Jo looked after my cat so well, and gave her plenty of fuss and attention. These people really go the extra mile and I will certainly be using them the next time we go away.

I loved the price, and quick response rate of this company. But I was assured my cupcake toppers had been posted first class on Tuesday. They had still not arrived by Saturday when i needed then for an event. so I was disappointed to say the least.
