Still owe me £40 / Terrible service
We dined at the Canterbury branch on Sunday 17th October. There was an accidental overpayment of £40. This in itself isn’t a problem. There was an issue with the refund due to the fact that I made the payment on my phone (yep, not a card … it’s 2021 after all). They were unable to transfer back onto the card that is used on my phone. It turns out that this card is now out of date and a new card has been assigned. Anyway, it’s 2 weeks later and I’ve heard nothing from them. So, I wrote a complain through their online web form and somebody just called me back. Obviously, I’m furious that nobody has tried to get in touch with me for weeks. There was no accountability for this when the Canterbury manager just called me .. no “I’m sorry that this has happened and yes somebody should have been in touch” … she was very defensive stating “well I’m calling back now” which is infuriating as she is only calling back in response to my email this evening. So, they still owe me £40 and now the card that was used is no longer valid. There is no complaints department, no head office to call. It’s a joke TBH. Also, the food in this branch is not up to par with other Wagamama’s out there.

Ordered a mattress and bed at furniture village on 24th October. We should have received the mattress 2 weeks later and the bed in January. It’s 4th December and still no mattress. Just had a call saying that we would receive the mattress and the bed next Wednesday and then 20 minutes later they called again to say that we won’t have a delivery afterall and no idea when it’s coming. When you spend thousands of pounds on a bed and mattress you expect a better and more honest service. Disgraceful really

Review of Tile Experience
Not a good experience! Ordered 2 x bags of grout online and only purchased from this company as they offer next day delivery. I ordered on Sunday for a Tuesday delivery. Got an email on Monday morning saying that the grout wasn't in stock (although it was 'in stock' on their website). Agreed to Wednesday delivery only to get an email saying that they had no internet for 2 days so the item won't arriving until Thursday. My tiler is now on another job which means begrudgingly doing the rest of the bathroom myself which is not ideal. They need to get back up systems for customer orders and make up-dates to their internet shop advising customers when something is out of stock. rant over.
