If it was me I would have let the client know, or at least answered my phone….

I ordered prescription sunglasses, which arrived in relatively good time (a couple of weeks), only to find that they messed up the prescription, I think they actually sent someone else's glasses to me as it was nowhere near close to mine!
The weekend it arrived I was at home, but work away a lot, so had to leave them at home after informing them of the issue. A few days later they sent a return shipping label to send it back to them, but the nearest depot was 30min from mine, so I decided to return it once I am back home.
When trying to return it, the shipping label no longer worked, and when I approached them they said I have gone over their 14 day returns policy!
Now I have glasses I cant use, and my wallet is over £100 lighter!
Save yourself the headaches and just don't use them, they will either stuff the order up, or not have the item available that you want!

It’s now 3 Dec and still no return shipping label despite their reply…
It’s now 5 May 2023, and despite promises of them resolving it nothing has happened. This specifically as we are at a stalemate, as they don’t want to send me only the correct lenses, and I don’t want to send them the frame alongside the wrong lenses (never worn), as that is the only thing of value I had received from them!… say no more

Only giving one star as you cannot give zero!
There was an offer for a free coin if you cover postage costs, which i requested. Little did I know that it was actually a devious way to entrap people into a subscription service, which at no time did I voluntarily agree to.
I was without work for a few months, during which time they decided to deliver more coins, and sent me a bill for £50. I explained my situation and told them that I never placed the order (as it would be reckless on my part). Eventually they told me that I could return the coins, but after closer inspection I saw that the packaging was damaged, and would not be considered to be in a salable condition. So I decided that I would pay the £50 (despite my better judgement), only to find they had subsequently added a £30 admin fee for late payment! (Which they are now still harassing me for)
At this point I was still without work, and have been bombarded with their requests for money throughout, when I couldn't afford to pay priority bills!
Something should be done to stop these people, as they harass and bully people into paying for fictional sales orders!

If I could give zero stars I would!
A large order for tile adhesives was placed on a next day delivery, which never arrived! We had a whole team of tilers come to a grinding halt, as these had not arrived when promised.
The day after is was meant to arrive (a Friday), we chased them to try and get it delivered, to which they replied that it would be delivered by 10am on the Saturday. Conveniently, none of their contact numbers work, or are answered, on Saturdays! So the team of tilers that have been paid to work overtime on the weekend, sat around not being able to do anything!
The Monday arrived, and the response from them was that it was delivered. May I say, without the offer of a proof of delivery, instead they started blame shifting. No feedback regarding the status of the order, the only time we heard anything was when we phoned to find out what is going on, even then it came to nothing!
We eventually ended up cancelling the order, exactly a week after we ordered it (without delivery taking place), with us being out of pocket due to massive site delays and wasted overtime expenses!
AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!
They have a review system from Reviews.io, but it is an absolute farse, because you are not able to leave reviews for them unless they allow you! That is why they have a 97% positive feedback stat on their website.
If you value your hard earned cash, do not gamble on it working out for you.

I placed an order 20 days ago, no response to request for updates, the tracking number provided still indicates that they’re expecting my parcel. I have emailed them a number of times to try and follow up, but with no response. In fact, in my last email (a week ago) I requested that the order be cancelled and my money refunded, and to this day I still have not received as much as an acknowledgement!
