Nabeil was very helpful

Came into the store yesterday to pick up some extra bits as we had a rough night camping the night before. Paul was extremely helpful in sorting out our issues. He went above and beyond giving us advice on how to fix our tent poles. He could have charged up when trying to fix them but then he spent a lot of time trying to bend them back into place which made the night much more enjoyable the following night. He used his past experiences and knowledge to recommend us other bits of kit which we appreciated. He also helped us find a spot for the next night with clear directions with pictures to show us the way which was very helpful. Great member of staff who is a great asset to the company

Went into the store to pick up some extra bits for our next nights camping. Elliot was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when recommending us pieces of kit. He was getting us what we needed for what we wanted to do rather than the most expensive piece using his own knowledge and experience. As he has been out many times before he had tested lots of the kit he was recommending for us

Bought some new hiking boots from go out doors Bangor. Nabeil helped me massively, he was so friendly and attentive and waited patiently whilst I tried on all the shoes in the shop haha!

I was looking for some fox shoes and couldn’t find them in my size but anyway Nabeil was absolutely amazing and helped me out very quickly. Absolutely amazing person who’s very friendly and knowledgeable!

Visit store weekly when posting parcels Nabeil i always very chatty ,On this day i needed socks Nabeil was very helpful when i asked for help .

Visited the store as my sons trainers had started to fall apart after only a few months and had a chat with Joana, Paul and Nia about the poor quality. They confirmed that it looked to be a manufacturing defect and that the trainers were covered under the terms of the warranty and we were given the option of a replacement of the same shoe or the choice to get something different-well all I can say is the guys here do what's right by the customer and actually honour warranties unlike sports direct who fob you off telling you the previous trainers are worn out after only a short time (never buy anything from SD if you want your warranty honoured! Been through this with them before and I will never buy from them again)

Shop at go outdoors the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and put the customer first. Well done and a credit to the brand great staff-thanks!

Went here today to get some walking boots with no idea what type to get.Luckily Nabeil was on hand and was very polite and gave me excellent service giving me all the advice I needed and was very pleasant.Recommended.

I was served by Nabeil who was extremely helpful. I was looking for ski wear and he kindly even went into the back to see if there were socks and gloves for me . Very polite gentleman

I went in to pick up various items. I spent a while umming and ahing over what new hiking boots to get since my current shoes have a hole in. Nabeil approached me with a big warm smile and welcoming demeanour asking if I would like any help. As an anxious person, this really put me at ease. He asked me what I was looking for and then he rushed around finding and bringing to me the relevant boots in my size. Throughout the interaction he was easy to talk to and ended up having a lovely chat that covered a multitude of interesting topics. What a wonderful encounter!

I popped into Go Outdoors in Bangor to drop off a return via Evri. The counter was easy to find and Nabeil who was the team member on shift was kind, friendly and helpful. He made sure I knew what I was doing with the printing machine and we had a lovely conversation whilst he was helping me. He was a lovely gentleman and a real asset to the team, thank you Nabeil for turning a tedious parcel drop off into one of the nicest interactions I had all day ❤️
