Came into the store yesterday to pick up some extra bits as we had a rough night camping the night before. Paul was extremely helpful in sorting out our issues. He went above and beyond giving us advice on how to fix our tent poles. He could have charged up when trying to fix them but then he spent a lot of time trying to bend them back into place which made the night much more enjoyable the following night. He used his past experiences and knowledge to recommend us other bits of kit which we appreciated. He also helped us find a spot for the next night with clear directions with pictures to show us the way which was very helpful. Great member of staff who is a great asset to the company
