Bought some "waterproof" trail running…
Bought some "waterproof" trail running shoes from Bangor North Wales store, soaked through at first use, returned them to the store straight away to demonstrate how badly they leaked, manager admitted they were faulty, but told me to go home to dry them off, THEN return them as they "were not allowed to store them". Utterly ludicrous, the manager was rude, obstructive, and I'll never buy anything again from them. I've never heard a more stupid "policy" !

Faulty Boots
Had to visit the Bangor store, due to the sole on my Scarpa Rush Trk boots peeling off. The staff in store where very helpful and quickly offered me the choice or repair, replacement or my money back.
Nice to use a store that does not quibble with the customer when returning faulty goods.
Would recommend the Bangor store to anyone.

The staff are great and so friendly. Nabeil helped pick out some Verry good and comfortable walking boots. Paul is a great guy, he explained the different waterproofing and has good knowledge. All staff is great and so helpful

Excellent customer service from Nabeil.
Nabeil was excellent help on the shop floor and helped me pick the best walking shoes for me, was patient as I tried on 4 different pairs and explained the benefits of each. Credit to the store.
