Disappointed
Choice of products,member discounts,and friendly staff would all have got 5 stars. The thing I’m disappointed about is getting to the tills with around £300 of purchases expecting a 10% discount with my National Trust card. I was told that a whole load of things eg Blue Light cards had been removed around a month ago. Why was this information not included in the multitude of e mails I receive ?

Fabulous staff member
Went in to find a pair of walking shoes that didn’t hurt my ankles, a very lovely gent called Nabeil helped me by running around trying to find shoes that may be ok for me and all that time he did it with a smile on his face and pleasant conversation. We eventually found a pair so thank you Nabeil, you are a star.

Always use this store for my parcels…
Always use this store for my parcels and cannot fault them at all! Always polite, friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.
Generally get a man who serves me and is always friendly and chatty. He is definitely a credit to the store and his name is Nabeil.

Hiking boot win
I needed to get some hiking boots after mine got a year and were no longer waterproof, so I arrived in the store in sliders!
Nabeil was awesome, was straight on it for helping without being pushy about it, and I ended up buying 2 pairs instead of one!
