I went in to pick up various items. I spent a while umming and ahing over what new hiking boots to get since my current shoes have a hole in. Nabeil approached me with a big warm smile and welcoming demeanour asking if I would like any help. As an anxious person, this really put me at ease. He asked me what I was looking for and then he rushed around finding and bringing to me the relevant boots in my size. Throughout the interaction he was easy to talk to and ended up having a lovely chat that covered a multitude of interesting topics. What a wonderful encounter!
