Visited the store as my sons trainers had started to fall apart after only a few months and had a chat with Joana, Paul and Nia about the poor quality. They confirmed that it looked to be a manufacturing defect and that the trainers were covered under the terms of the warranty and we were given the option of a replacement of the same shoe or the choice to get something different-well all I can say is the guys here do what's right by the customer and actually honour warranties unlike sports direct who fob you off telling you the previous trainers are worn out after only a short time (never buy anything from SD if you want your warranty honoured! Been through this with them before and I will never buy from them again)

Shop at go outdoors the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and put the customer first. Well done and a credit to the brand great staff-thanks!

After initially reading reviews on here I was a little concerned about how my installation might go but I have to say the team at Harlech have been absolutely brilliant and had my 10KW Solar installed without any delays and in a very short timeframe. No damages as all the contractors were careful and courteous and all my questions were dealt with quickly etc.
After talking with Barry (the owner) about the reviews he explained that they had employed the 3rd party services for scaffolding and roofers who had caused problems for previous installs and was working hard to regain trust in their teams efforts etc-from my perspective they're certainly doing that so I have no issue in recommending Harlech Electrical Services based on my own personal experiences in May 2025!

Well my next day delivery parcel finally arrived-after 2 weeks! The WORST DELIVERY COMPANY CURRENTLY AVAILABLE-How can they get away with such poor performance?

The tyres have a good price/performance balance and apart from orders taking about a week there's not too much to complain about. I've had 3 orders to date and as mentioned apart from relatively slow courier performance I've been happy and can recommend.

Where to start-great price but that's where it ends!
Days 1&2 (5 days after order) given delivery slots and no show day 3 waiting for 4 tyres and driver arrives with 1 tyre! What good is that? No contact number to discuss with the company and only generic messages from their online help message portal. So paid for 4 get 1 and no way to speak with them. I can see a claim having to be made here so as a warning to others I've taken tha time to leave this review for your own consideration before buying from this company.

So to update I've received an offer of £20 gift card and asked to leave my email address etc with no possible method to fo so as others have commentate on so how is this compensation supposed to be given? Like the delivery dates it's a complete mystery!

Firstly the quote was very competitive and secondly the following up from the staff via phone was also much appreciated when there was an error from my previous insurers paperwork and an error on their side with cover amounts which they quickly rectified and again called to confirm with updated documentation. Highly recommended.

Ordered a full set of black out (black and grey sided) curtains for my 2023 renault trafic van and am very happy with the quality of the curtains themselves and the service received which was both timely and well packaged. I would however mention that the rails are not pre shaped and that is a great shame and a pain in the rear to get a perfect shape which spoils the overall finish of the product. I would however fully recommend their product as its quality is second to none hence 4 *-would be 5 if the rails were pre shaped!

I ordered a berghaus air 4.1 tent together with a footprint and carpet-i received a dispatch notice several days later showing that the carpet and footprint had been dispatched but that the tent had been cancelled! What good are they without the tent I ask? Take my payment of £425 and send the two items that would be useless without the item they were intended to improve. Absolutely waste of time and whoever cancelled the tent and decided to send the tent carpet and footprint must be missing any sense whatsoever! Obviously I am less than impressed with any return and out of pocket hassle I was presented with although the refund for the tent was made rapidly this sort of practice is ridiculous to say the least. Amateurish I'm sure you cam agree, the online experience is not recommended!

Always been impressed with the reliability of DPD and its local driver to me Simon who has never let me down or showed any apathy towards his role so can only give 5* as anything less would be unfair!

Competitive prices and always a quick and efficient service I have found. These guys are definitely up there as one of the best when buying power tools and have been a solid choice for me when ordering power tools online which others simply fail to match especially with delivery times once ordered. Highly recommended.

No item sent but fake FedEx tracking provided to PayPal saying delivery complete 3 days after order to city but no address and signed by someone else-in other words you won't get your item and in currently trying to get a refund from PayPal who are saying as tracking is provided an investigation is ongoing so possibly won't even get a refund absolute theiving scum Company do not shop on their site

After seeing my parcel sitting at the warehouse for 2 days on tracking I contacted webcam which often was unattended to be told its on the van. Tracking suddenly updated and I waited in all day until 4.30pm when Tracking changed to no access delivery attempted! I was in and my Ring camera shows no attempt and no driver entered our private cul-de-sac. So dishonest practices seem to be rife here and a standard way to "fudge" the data away from the real problems and poor performance 9f the warehouses and their drivers! WHY IS THIS ALLOWED TO HAPPEN AND WHY IS THEIR MANAGEMENT DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT? ITS CLEAR FROM OTHER 1* REVIEWS THIS IS HAPPENING A LOT-Incredibly poor and dishonest business practices being standard response. Management is.not being proactive here but reactive by fudging the truth very very poor and senior management appear to either being ignorant or are approving for KSI performance reasons or total ineptitude.

Well I have absolutely no idea how Millets can have such a high rating as they have proven to be worse than a backstreet shop when it comes to delivering on orders-i ordered a tent at £799 on 27th June 2021, supposedly max 10 days delivery. We'll here I am on day 10 and after 3 calls to chase up I have finally received a ready to dispatch notice. Now you would think that would be the end to things but on that notice is an expected delivery date of upto 2 further weeks totalling 4 weeks to get an £800 item dispatched from within the UK! So for anyone considering purchasing from them be advised and consider a seller that has a better level of performance and perhaps more genuine reviews!

Poor slow delivery is becoming the norm especially when Hermes delivery is involved-these companies understandably contract the best value couriers for their own benefits at the expense of buyers and in my case I received a message warning of extended delay due to "a major incident" they claimed so don't expect your items within the alloted and advertised wolindow as my experience is that its never met!

As always very keenly priced, fairly quick delivery with good packaging and I have never had any issues whatsoever so can highly recommend.

The delivery was within the window notified via sms and as always the driver is friendly and professional. Of the options available DPD are probably the most reliable from personal experience and far better than Hermes who are nothing short of very poor and unreliable!

Everything from start to finish was without issue and my sons game arrived on the day of release so 5* all around.
