If i can give minus so i will do it, after so many years buying stuffe from footlocker, i tried to get refund for 2 shoes i bought them, and i wash them in secure bags for 20 min on a low temperature, so both of them every time i wear them, i need to glue so many times, even though I did not wear them that much, then i sent them a email, where they say oh no it's not our fault
Rude staff/bad customer service
Went into store to return a pair of faulty trainers I brought 1 week ago, they tried to say I was only allowed an exchange not a refund. I did show them a photo of another pair of trainers I was after which they said they didn't have, once I had been given my refund I saw the trainers I was after, I asked for them in a different size to which I was then accused of lying about the faulty trainers (which were clearly faulty)- they said they didnt have the size I was after and chucked it back in my face. Very bad customer service.

And the trainers aren't even all that there's far better I just thought I would see what there like and never again . Foot locker you're are a joke.
Blood stained delivered items
Ordered two pairs of trainers boxed arrived damaged with blood all over it . Footlocker customer service were shocking and slow with replies . They ignored the fact I’m handling a box with blood all over it damages and don’t care about customer service at all .
Very poor service
Very poor service! i had an ordered cancelled after i had ordered and waited days for them to arrive to be told they were now out of stock so i ordered a different pair. After a week of waiting they again decided to cancel the second order saying the same reason but online they were still in stock in the size i ordered. I hadnt received my refund and on webchat when asked just to send the item as in stock they refused to send saying i needed to re-order. So i pair of trainers i ordered 2 weeks ago for a city break in a few days, turned in to 2 orders and 2 cancelations, i am still out of pocket AND I now wont get the trainers i was wanting to buy!
Complete crap
Complete crap! I paid for 2 day shipping for an order of 2 pairs of shoes, I paid over $300 for the order and paid $18 extra for 2 day shipping. One item was delivered 4 days later and the other item was delivered 5 days later, completely shitty service.

Honestly the worst place to buy from and the trouble it is to return items I’ve broken my ankle so can’t get any where to return it also I have know printer so can’t print a label the item I bought was £140 witch I’ve lost now so thanks foot locker
Terrible customer service
This company has absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered 3 items, of those 3 items, one arrived incorrectly tagged with the wrong size, the other the incorrect colour. I filled out the return form and sent the items back for a refund. 2 weeks later, after I placed 2 calls to customer service, without response they returned the items back to me. I’ve contacted customer service again and they’re refusing the refund. They’re now stating the items were “used” which is absolutely not true. I even provided photos of the items being in new condition with all tags attached. They are our right refusing to assist me. They never delivered the items I ordered and are trying to force me to keep the incorrect items. Absolutely atrocious service. This is not how a reputable company operates.

Took over a week to receive my parcel I no longer needed them so decided to return. First of all having to print off return label which is a major inconvenience and then when I tired to return multiple shops told me the label doesn’t work, so now I’m stuck with shoes I don’t need but can’t return
FedEx
For the first time ever from ordering online I find out my pkg is coming by FedEx. This is bullshit. Now I have to wait a week or more when UPS Was always 2-3 days.
So footlocker in the usa uses mainly fedex and In canada there like oh let's give a percentage to fedex bullshit.
Fedex has horrible ground service let alone there customer service sucks. Drivers are the worst. I will never order online from them anymore. I'll just get it delivered to the store for pick up.
Expect more complaints footlocker I bet you'll be seeing alot.

LONG DELAYS
Ordered a pair of runners on the 13/09/25.eceived tracking details on the 18th after 2 email and speaking to agent on live chat. i will not receive my order until the 23/09/25 as the warehouse are very busy at the moment. That's 7 working days to turn around orders, extremely poor performance and will not be ordering again. be careful when ordering online, prepare for long wait.
I order running shoes for my grandson…
I order running shoes for my grandson August 4th. I went back to the tracker and found out that they claimed they had delivered them August 6th. I call today asking for them to find out where they went as I never received them. The person who works for Footlocker said there is nothing I can do as it has been over 30 days. Unfortunately I thought possibly they had been delayed as does happen to a lot of things you order on line. I have never called a company saying something hasn't arrived as I have never had a problem until today. So I am now out the money and out the shoes.

Placed an order with footlocker 8 days ago. I still have not received proof of shipping and it was supposed to arrive yesterday

Do not shop at Footlocker, we placed a order with the store to be posted to our home four hours away as they did not have the correct size.
Footlocker then cancelled the order and did not advise us. Once I followed up I was told that I could only receive reimbursement for the cancelled order if I attend the store. I can't do this as we live four hours away.
I have suggested changing the order to a size up, re ordering the shoe (as it is available online). Foot locker will not do any of this.
My daughter save her birthday money from her 9th birthday to buy shoes in Perth. But has now been scammed out of $170.00 by Footlocker!
AWFUL customer service
I ordered shoes online on the 17/8/25, they were cancelled on the 29/8/25 and i was told i would receive a refund in 5-10 working days. It is now been more then 10 working days and they will not reply to my emails asking for assistance. TERRIBLE customer service. I DO NOT recommend shopping here unless you want- No shoes, No money, and no replies. Absolutely ridiculous. I emailed over 6 times and received an automated email reply. No help whatsoever. Disgraceful.

Edison mall FL Lee County maybe in huge trouble handled it poorly 2024. Fort Myers FL Mayor, & Governor Ron Desantis’s team Tallahassee FL maybe unhappy with Edison mall FL did wrong 2024 July 14.
